Of all the games I have ever played this is the worst package most expensive none of my messages work pm etc etc most glitches of any game customer service worst of any I spend lots of money all say payments successfully done then customer service tells me to uninstall to fix glitches so I uninstall then game won’t let me reinstall sends me to payments section apparently a payment that said payment success wasn’t so they don’t let me reinstall I get paid monthly so had to wait for next month till I could pay cost me hundreds was one of top players now bottom of list worst of all all glitches still there I can’t even talk in r 4 messages only chats that work are alliance and kingdom this is the worst game ever don’t waste your time or money only reason I gave it 1 star is because I didn’t know how to give it - star if so would have been - 100 😤😤😤😤

They Always write the problem off on you. They do not try to assist you with your problem. They claim your ignorant and delete the conversation then you submit it again and it takes another 2 days for them to respond. I spent $3000+ dollars on this game. The other day I had someone say that they were upset with me and were going to report my castle. They decided to report it stolen. I was immediately banned from my castle. Ban time permanent suspected stolen. But they banned my account on a Friday night and won’t reply to me now until Monday after the weekend. Terrible game. They steal your money and have nothing to hold them accountable. I wasted a year and $3000 + on this game. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Be careful the game has so many glitches they can’t get them right. They favor the Chinese. If you have a problem you talk with customer service. I call them a do nothing service. You would think they would get tired of saying I’m sorry all the time. You can earn a reward and never get it. But they are sorry don’t expect to get it or to get respect from them. Trust me when I say don’t play it find another game. Every two weeks I have to delete and reload the game. Yet again they are sorry for my troubles. I get events able to play for one day then it disappears. I’m told to delete and reinstall the game. Good luck.
