My daughter loves BibleStoriesinEnglishNew (she is 9) it has pictures and perfect for her reading level. I was intrigued about this "bible" so I read some of it. I have to say, I like it. Just the only reason I'm giving BibleStoriesinEnglishNew only one star is because I found that A LOT, I mean A WHOLE LOT, of this content is a persons point of view and not the Bible. I feel like it almost ruins the Bible, because so much of what is written is Not in the Bible, it is made up. Just the authors point of view/ opinion/understanding/thoughts... and so much of it is out of content... it makes me sad... BibleStoriesinEnglishNew is Fun app, but unfortunately too much made up that I just can't or won't let my child read it because I don't want her to get the wrong impression of the Bible.
The very first story states Jesus was a created angel! Jesus is God, the Alpha and Omega! This erroneous Jehovah Witness’s doctrine should have been written in the description! Very deceptive and underhanded.
Be careful and read it before you read it to your kids , I am not ready to explain the birds and the bees and rape and murder to my children.

Warning, first story says that Jesus was a created being and therefore not an equal member of the trinity. This is false teaching and is not biblical. Don’t need to read any more than that.
Was excited about getting this for my grands. But I noticed that when I began reading the first story, it was completely incorrect. Beware getting BibleStoriesinEnglishNew. The story try is do not follow the original manuscript of the Bible.
It took reading only two sentences to discover BibleStoriesinEnglishNew is not in line with the truth of scripture. It’s a shame that this writer would deceive children and adults with things as important as their eternal salvation. I hope that any one else who downloads BibleStoriesinEnglishNew will seek the scriptures to discern truth from error.
BibleStoriesinEnglishNew is not a Christian Biblical one! This is a cult app and it teaches that Jesus is an angel who God created - not God the Son Himself! BibleStoriesinEnglishNew teaches that Jesus isn't God! That is wrong! Morally and truthwise! BibleStoriesinEnglishNew I am reading it and it keeps on talking about angels like that is the most important thing to understand - because they say Jesus is an angel. But HE is not an angel, HE is GOD.
As a new, young mom, I was excited to see an app that I could use to read my son Bible stories. However, I was mortified as I read aloud the introduction, then stupidly continued on to read the first story even though the introduction page was already questionable. This is not the teachings of the Christian Bible and should not be depicted as such in any form whatsoever.
So I was looking for a Bible app so I could see the words better (I have bad eye sight) anyways, and I got this. It makes no sense!! I opened it and it immediately talked about how God made the earth and Adam and Eve. No details, not mentioning how long it took Him, none of that. These seem like silly things, but for kids it’s important to know! It’s mainly in the author’s point of view. Most of the info in there isn’t in the Bible. It is really good for kids but it is all made up ! That is why it get 3 stars from me and my little sister
I was looking for an app that my son could listen to about the Lord. Although he can’t just listen to him, I quickly realized that this is the very same book that I had as a child and the same book that I’ve kept all my life (now in storage somewhere) these stories are absolutely great for kids! And the pictures tell a lot of the stories told :) I am in love with BibleStoriesinEnglishNew! 💜💜💜👏🏽🙏🏽
