No matter which method I used over the last few months, I was unable to get into it. As I prepared to delete due to itโs unreliability, I decided the try again with the Touch ID login and shockingly this garbage actually worked.
I am still deleting it because it has proven to be nothing more than a point of frustration to deal with since it primarily DOES. NOT. WORK. Now after all this time has passed, someone decided to address whatever issue(s) exist and make it operational again. SHRMCertification cannot be relies on to track your recertification information. Itโs sheer unreliability caused me to return my old paper based system backed up with the use of an electronic folder to capture all of my recertification activity. I simply cannot trust this sad SHRM app again!
App does not work. Cannot sign in just like everyone else said. Support never contacted me. What a joke.
It's impossible to log into SHRMCertification . An error message pops up saying credentials failed and to try again later. Please fix.
The idea of having an app to enter continuing ed credit is great but constantly getting an error and never being able to us it is not.
It takes forever to look up the program ID, then it takes a long time to add it to site IF it adds it. Many of my certificates said that it couldn't add to site. Not worth the frustration and trouble.
One star to SHRM on a brilliant idea for a potentially useful tool. Zero stars for an app someone cannot actually log into. Very disappointing. Is anyone at SHRM listening? Then, let your members know when SHRMCertification is ready to work, so we can add it again and use it.
I have several verification credits already entered. I keep trying to add more. The seminar shows up but every time I try to add it to my cert, it tells me something is wrong and to try again. I have tried a bazillion times! Who has time for that? Fix the darn app!!
SHRMCertification almost never allows one to log in, rather displays the error message that the user ID and password combination is not recognized. When this happens repeatedly despite going to the SHRM website and doing a password reset, one knows it's not user error.
On the rare occasion that SHRMCertification lets one log in, it's impossible to actually load course information. One can fill in the online form, only to eventually get the message that the course cannot be found.
Received error message stating log-in incorrect. Verified on main SHRMWebsite and my credentials are correct.
I would give zero if I can. I was able to add my PDCs, but no where to find a summary. SHRMCertification doesn't even know my name, when it should have picked up my profile since I logged in using my credentials.
How is this not fixed given all the same complaints? Also, โapp supportโ yields a 404 NOT FOUND....so I had to resort to this way of reaching out...
I access the SHRM website every day and SHRMCertification is not allowing me to move forward since there is โan issue with my credentialsโ. I believe SHRM needs to update SHRMCertification.
I was tracking my training credits since 2021, but suddenly starting from 2022, every time I try to record a credit, it says they couldnโt find the program ID.
... it's so nice being able to enter the course code and have all the information populate. It's not nice when you hit submit and you instantly get an error message and then have to input everything by hand. It is worse when you enter everything by hand then get the error, enter it all again and then you see double credit recorded.
Please fix this.

SHRMCertification is great for keeping track of the training completed to maintain the Certification. The only thing that requires work is the training/education search. Most of my education trainings I had to input it manually because they were not pulling up in the search.
