This is fashion watch and has nothing to do with real watch. This hybrid watch not sync with app and doesn’t work at all.
Calling customers service is waste of time because this people know nothing.
Michel Kors please focus on fashion not on watches because I have no idea about technology

I have been using this watch with my iPhone 13 Pro Max for two years. A recent update on my iPhone made the watch not compatible for text messaging. So I am unable to receive text message notification on the watch only calls and other apps that are not as important. I am completely disgusted because I don't like Apple watches. I love the Michael Kors watch because it looks like a regular watch yet being a smart watch. Gotta find something else gotta move on.

I’ve had this activity tracker and for over a year now and feel steps are not accurately counted. More updates to enhance performance would be great!

With the new IOS 13 update, my watch no longer notifies me of texts. I have notifications set up for calls, it alerts me when I call out, not when a call comes in 🤦🏽‍♀️

I bought the beautiful wrist bracelet, with the delicate chain, because the jewelry I wear is important to me and fit bits never quite look right. I like the way this bracelet looks, and I love that you don’t need to charge it because it’s battery driven. It worked perfectly for a few weeks but suddenly there is no data when I sync the bracelet. That’s been the case for three days now. I was hoping for simple and reliable. I have two different iPhones (UK, US) and frequently switch countries, although I shouldn’t think that would matter. It’s a simple program that really only tracks steps and the number of hours in bed, which is fine for me. Such a simple program shouldn’t have any glitches though.

Looked very exciting though.

Received the watch for a birthday gift, and to my surprise there was an app for the watch. It is more accurate for my steps than my Fitbit.

Doesn’t let my messages come to my watch iphone14 it’s only for androids. Overall it’s a nice watch.

If you’re planning to use this as a step counter you’re going to be disappointed. I just walked 3.4 miles my step counter shows 430 steps for the entire day

I love the watch. But MichaelKorsAccess is just Ok. Steps seem off compared to the phone when I have it in my pocket. Sleep doesn't sync with healthkit at all. That would be my biggest gripe. Would like to track sleep with all my health data.

Still trying to figure out everything. Not use to a touch screen watch so still learning. Only reason I did a three star.

The watch is really beautiful but it never keeps the right time calibrated. It is always behind the right time in 15, 30 minutes and I do need to calibrate the watch trough MichaelKorsAccess 2,3 times a day. You need to fix that issue.

I love the look of the watch, and the convenience of all its little gadgets without looking like a smart watch.
I walk on a track and count my steps on my phone; usually in a leg pocket. And I’ve noticed the watch doesn’t accurately record my steps.

Love the watch and I really like MichaelKorsAccess . But recently MichaelKorsAccess says it can’t sync to my watch even though my Bluetooth is on and even showing I’m connected in my Bluetooth settings.

Not a problem but the watch doesn’t show up in the dark. Makes it different to find time until lights are turned on

I have only been using it for 2 days and I am impressed with all the features especially the sleep app because it lets me know how little sleep I am getting.
