I tried to subscribe to watch Leeds United from my home jurisdiction without having to go into a store. By phone and by app it was impossible. I actually found a customer service email address on line, and I reached out more in hope than expectation.
That’s where I found Brandon Carvalho.
Brandon went so far above and beyond. He explained all the issues to me, helped me subscribe via FlowSports and got some glitches fixed., maintaining contact over 2 months. This is a great product and Flow is very lucky to have Brandon! Cheers!

I am a paying Subscriber and used to watch sport but all of a sudden it keeps telling me to login and once I click on any sport options it takes me to the subscription page which is blank.

So am from Jamaica living in the US while I was in ja I could watch all pl matches when I just got to the US I also could have I really love FlowSports until now when I open FlowSports all I see is regional sport I don’t what happen

I am paying for a subscription but I am only seeing free version. No option to log in.

The real one is called flosports this is just a spam app, my email immediately blew up with a bunch of junk mail, good think I used a burner. Dont download this junk

I downloaded this thinking I’d get premier league, when all there is are clips of Caribbean. I am so confused because I made an ID login and still nothing.

When my family and I try to renew supscription it shows the supscrition page and it is blank

I had to find Flow ID and log in, but now I am able to watch Flow Sports 1 and Flow Sports 2 on my iPhone anytime - it’s really cool and works anywhere I go in the Caribbean (but not in the USA.) Much better video quality than I expected - and it includes every live game from Premier League. If I could watch game replays here too that would be even better.

After a FULL YEAR of ignoring an app & service which is promised to paying customers as part of our package, the new app has been rolled out.

My old rating was 2 stars because you could actually stream but with a blue bar blocking half the screen. Now my rating is 1 star because you can stream, but the feed is so slow and laggy, requiring closing the match & reopening it every 3 minutes or so, that FlowSports is still nearly unusable

Ok so just downloaded FlowSports and and doing setup it kept giving an error when trying to link my Flow account so skipped it with the hope of being able to do so when logged in however to my surprise the stupid app doesn’t have a link in it for your to link account once you pass the setup stage. Even went on the website and I can’t even view my profile when logged it.

Nice app the only problem I am having is the blue control banner at the top and bottom on the play is blocking the screen and won’t go away like it use to

The only way to access the other channels is to buy flow TV at home and then pay for the extra channels. 👍 but on Grand Turk island you can't get Flow TV and trying to figure that out on the website is impossible you have to call. The chat doesn't work and the telephone number doesn't work... Gotta use 611 way to go Flow

I love the convenience of watching matches wherever I am. Easy to use

You need to fix the issue wear the control bar cannot be removed. It makes no sense using FlowSports on iPhone as it cut of most of the bottom and top of the screen at all times

Update after update and it is still not fixed

It has been over 9 months since FlowSports has been updated and now the streaming doesn’t even work

Why am I not able to watch the highlights and the postpaid plan I’m on says that flow sports is free?

Full screen stop working

I wish I could watch my premier league matches when I’m on the go, it seems I need to be in front of my tv connected to my cable box. Thanks FLOW!

Stopped working when they reduced their sports channels. I’m guessing they didn’t pay for the rights. The ones they do have don’t stream on FlowSports.

Even with the update, FlowSports doesn't even load. It crashes from the time you open it. Don't bother to download it

I give it 3 stars because FlowSports can’t maximize to full screen on ios it seems. Please look into this

Download FlowSports and it’s not working real waste of time FlowSports now even opening to subscribe. Flow please fix your app if it’s not working delete it...

Flow offers this nonsense to customers and won't even fix it so it works. FlowSports Store should remove it as a joke!
