SeatFrog is now levying a ridiculously inflated service fee on transactions. This can be a huge percentage of the cost of the upgrade itself. It’s also not mentioned until you get the stage of confirming your bid - so the “minimum upgrade bid” price is misleading. This is bait and switch price gouging. You don’t charge people a fee and then tell them you are saving them money. Especially when a month ago, providing the same service did not require a fee. Shameful.

I’ve spent over an hour trying to get this app to save a payment card and it will not. The cards work with other merchants so it is an app issue, not a card issue. Also, I can’t find a way to get tech help… only a faq page that doesn’t help with my problem. Frustrating.

Gathers every possible piece of information from you including credit card details before allowing you to bid. The the bids have minimums that are many times more expensive than if you had just purchased an upgraded ticket in the first place. Super dodgy.
