It’s a good app in free version, but I tried to subscribe for a year, I’ve purchased it and it gave me a free trial for 7 days, I noticed that I didn’t use it that much after 3 days so I’ve canceled my subscription and it said the free trial ends on 5 January 2021 and I don’t have auto renew switched on.
Today I went to appstore and I found that I have only $0.21 left! I went to FollowersPro and I found the subscription ends on 5 January 2022!
What about canceling the subscription??
I tried to restore the purchase but nothing happened, and suddenly I saw that I have $0 credits in my account :)
And I can't get my money back..

I’ve had my Instagram account since the beginning of its days and as of two days ago (a couple weeks after using this third party app) my IG account has completely disappeared. I’ve read things on third party apps making your account moreSusceptible to hackers but didn’t take it seriously enough, I just thought no one would would have an interest in my account and I would be safe. My entire business was based off my Instagram not to mention precious family pictures and videos that I’ll never get back. I’m truly heart broken and I know it’s because of FollowersPro. Beware.

I’ve been using FollowersPro for YEARS, paid for the premium subscription and everything. It was great. But since a couple weeks ago, after I checked FollowersPro and opened Instagram it told me my account had been compromised because I gave my password to a third party user to help gain followers. THATS NOT EVEN WHAT FollowersPro DOES. I only use it to see who unfollows, I don’t even unfollow them through FollowersPro itself. But it doesn’t matter. I tired like 7 times and it’s definitely FollowersPro. This is the only app I use linked to my instagram and it will kick you out and make you change your password.

I am shocked an app like this is allowed in FollowersPro Store. FollowersPro allows you to see who is not following you back and promises that you can then unfollow these people. However YOU CANNOT unfollow people in FollowersPro. They will ask you to pay and sign up for recurring payments so you can unfollow people. DO NOT PAY. The second I did it did not allow me to unfollow anyone and just keeps giving you an error that says you need to verify your account. When you click verify nothing happens and the cycle repeats.

Again, Apple should kick FollowersPro off. It does not do what it promises to do. This is fact.

I will be having Chase fight the charge, it’s a small cost to fight but it’s the principle at play here. FollowersPro should be deleted.

I paid for the premium features of Unfollowers. Now it won’t turn on and I’m guided to install this to update FollowersPro . But, FollowersPro wants me to pay again! What, I pay again then you update it again trying to force me to pay again? How many times must I pay for FollowersPro? I tried to Restore Purchases but it spins briefly then stops. It restores nothing. So, what the hell is this? FollowersPro should work for those who’ve already paid. I really liked the old app. Now I have nothing unless I pay $10 per year? I’ve already paid! This makes me mad. What kind of crappy, dishonest money grabbing garbage is this? If I did this to my customers, I’d be out of business very quickly. Shame on you! Restore our purchases!

I have been using FollowersPro since 2018, paid the premium subscription fees, and have a had decent experience...until IG recently blocked me twice (7 days each time) within a month “for sharing your account with a service that helps you get more likes or followers” because it’s against IG’s Community Guidelines. I only use Followers to see who follows/unfollows without having to be on IG, NOT to build my account or automate anything. I don’t usually do app reviews, but I’ve emailed Followers/Social Guide at least 10 times between mid December 2019-mid January 2020 to report the issue and they NEVER respond. (You can’t call them either, so I’m not convinced they even have a customer service department?!) In a nutshell, I can’t get a response OR a refund, and I can’t use FollowersPro without it adversely affecting my IG account...and that affects my business!
It’s unprofessional and bad business to say the least...and I’m surprised Apple still allows FollowersPro (that specifically says it’s for Instagram) to continue selling upgrades that get you blocked from using FollowersPro it says it’s supposed to help with?!? WT..??

I previously used "Followers +" and that app now directs you to download FollowersPro, as Followers + is no longer supported or on FollowersPro store. This new app is almost exactly the same in every way, but they don't honor your subscription from Followers +! I bought a 1 year subscription to Followers + and only used it a month before these con artists pulled FollowersPro from the store and have this new, identical app running under a different developer name. And now they expect me to subscribe again - these guys are thieves and this is a blatant money grab! Find another utility that does the same stuff from a more reputable developer!

FollowersPro does what it’s intended to for the most part which is checking who unfollowed and who you follow and who you follow who’s not following back vice versa. The one thing I’d complain about would have to be the glitches and annoying adds that pop up at times. The adds aren’t that long most times you can fast forward and skip them but the glitches are really annoying sometimes it tells you someone followed or unfollowed and you go to see who and the page doesn’t show up or it crashes and it won’t let you go through and do easy things so if you guys can take a look and fix that FollowersPro is almost complete in-terms of compilations.

FollowersPro is okay.... but it’s started unfollowing people on its own which is making me upset. In turn, the person unfollows you.

I don’t like that FollowersPro takes actions on its own. Also, why aren’t they making any effort to fix FollowersPro so people won’t have issues with IG trying to block their accounts?

Also, this is not an approved third party app by Instagram. Instagram does not like third party apps that they haven’t approved. Using them will get your account flagged, disabled/suspended/deleted. I was using FollowersPro for my business Instagram page and recently got locked out by Instagram. I’m trying to get my account back and I truly hope that I can. I will never use FollowersPro or anything like it again.

FollowersPro has worked great connecting to Insta without issue and is easy to work with. It would have received a 5 from me had the premium features been available for purchase. I’ve been trying to perform the in app purchase of premium features for 2 weeks without success.

I can live with what it tracks now but the premium feature would be an awesome bonus.

FollowersPro works wonderfully for tracking followers and managing your Instagram growth. I really enjoy that it shows you who your worst/least engaging followers are... you can give them the boot, and then focus on getting your engagement percentage up! It’s all about beating those algorithms!

Honestly, I hate when people unfollow me and not being able to unfollow them right away like ??? You’re not beyonce to be following you and you not doing so in return 😂
Dude, FollowersPro let’s me see right away and immediately i press unfollow. Gives me the time they unfollowed me, the comments and likes deleted, the people that blocked me, the traffic on my page... everything!

literally i’ve tried so many other apps to track who unfollows me on instagram, and NONE of them work besides this one. many of the other followers apps cause problems for my actual instagram app, some of them glitch within seconds of downloading it saying 1,000 people unfollowed me, have adds very second, only let you check it once a day, and don’t refresh properly. FollowersPro is so underrated because it actually works. they don’t have any annoying pop up ads that i’ve noticed, they have always gotten all of my information correct and it has never glitched. it has such a simplistic layout and very easy to use. don’t download any other app besides this one because they will all mess you up. i LOVE FollowersPro it works SO GOOD!

Awhile back, there was this version of Followers, which I paid to see who blocked me and to unfollow through FollowersPro. Then they switched to a different app where I lost my benefits. It went back to this one recently, and it had no recovery option from what I can see.

Gets the job done but tired of having to switch between new uploads.

I’ve been using FollowersPro for over a year now, and it gives great insights! I have been able to use it to improve my Instagram engagement on a regular basis by unfollowing those who unfollowed me, figuring out who my most active followers are, and so much more. I love FollowersPro and would very much recommend it to anyone looking to gain insight on the analytics of their Instagram pages, whether private or public, whether widely followed or a small account!

The followers app, has a lot of good features. Most free apps just don’t cut it with checking your followers, comments deleted, and unfollowed list. Most can’t even track the followers rate, comments made, how many followed you in a week. After your first week you have to pay for FollowersPro . But it seems most apps now a days don’t offer free stuff. There’s always some catch, but FollowersPro is 10 times better than most free apps

It shows a chart of how many followers who have gained or lost. It also shows how many mutual friends you have in total. As said, it can show you who you are following or not back and who isn’t following you back. And who has blocked me on Instagram and new followers as well. Finally, it has showed you deleted likes and comments so I recommend FollowersPro :)

Spent like two hours today in FollowersPro Store testing different apps (April 2, 2021). All of them kept displaying follower count errors, saying that people had unfollowed me when they hadn’t and vice versa. Numbers were all skewed and messed up. Downloaded FollowersPro today and it’s working perfectly. Follower and unfollower counts are properly displayed. Thank you guys so much, please continue updating FollowersPro and making sure it works. Best app for unfollowers on FollowersPro Store so far!

I've had FollowersPro for years and never had any issues with it...until last week. I check my followers every few days and all of a sudden it said I lost 1000+ followers, I had only 160 mutual, and I didn't follow 80. Those numbers are nowhere near accurate. I updated FollowersPro and it's still showing the same wrong numbers. Please fix it and I'll give you the 5 star rating again!

App is great but when it loads to 100% it tells me my request has timed out and the info couldn’t be loaded. I have to go into see who isn’t following me back and click on everyone to see if I’m mutually following them or not. Great to have an app that does this instead of just doing it on instagram. Hope this gets fixed and is able to show the data correctly

So, I paid for the upgraded/premium original app (when it was called Followers+), and then they force me to “update” by installing this completely new app. But now I can’t add additional accounts because they want me to pay AGAIN (and ‘restore purchase’ is not working of course because they “updated” to an entirely new app). THIS IS BS and highway robbery! I am NOT paying again for something I’ve already paid for!

I Paid for a whole year on FollowersPro and I didn’t not get it but they took my money. I’ve sent 3 emails to them over a period of time and still no response. I don’t know if others have the same issue but this it ridiculous and false advertisement.

The older version of FollowersPro keeps notifying me that it has been replaced with this one. I had been checking my unfollows for Instagram and Twitter with no charge. This new app only allows one account for free and to add an account, it’s $1 per month! Not even a one time charge! Every month! Really?! Bye.

I used to use FollowersPro all the time. I even purchased premium every time i wanted to know things like who blocked me or deleted comments. They made me update FollowersPro , and now I apparently have to pay to have my twitter & Instagram account on the same app. I hate how all developers want is money, but i guess it’s what makes the world go ‘round!!

FollowersPro was formerly known as followers plus, they told me to ‘update’ But the truth is I have to download this new up when I already purchased the full version of the old one. And now I couldn’t even use the old app because it keeps on saying that I have to update. I tried to restore the old in app purchase that I made, no use. This is a downright scam.

I have used previous versions of FollowersPro for many years. I liked the fact that I could keep track of friends/followers on my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts at the same time, in one convenient place. First, the developers took away functionality for checking Facebook unfriendings, etc. on FollowersPro . Now, this “new version” of FollowersPro only allows you to have one account connected. That is, unless you want to pay a monthly fee. Ridiculous!

I used the original Followers app, paid the one time fee for the bonus features a few years ago. It kept prompting me to get the new app but I dealt with the old one because it still worked. Today it suddenly wouldn’t let me use it at all, so I gave the new one a shot. It won’t restore my purchase from the old app, in fact it wants me to pay annually for the same features I had before. Way to stay loyal to your customers!

I downloaded the Followers+ app and purchased the premium yearly subscription in late March. When I opened FollowersPro today for the first time in a few weeks, it hit me with a client ID error and told me to download the "new version", which is FollowersPro. I did, and while it appears to be the same exact app with a new color scheme, they aren't honoring purchases made in the Followers+ app despite implying that it's simply a past version of FollowersPro. Seems like a blatant cash grab to me.

I was hoping that FollowersPro would be beneficial for my business’ presence on social media. Since the star rating was high and most comments were positive, I figured I’d give it a shot. I purchased the premium package for 8.99 and nothing that is guaranteed from the description on iTunes OR the description of premium was available. It was disheartening. I even wrote two emails to support and admin, but no reply. I would say don’t bother downloading FollowersPro.

What I’m not gonna do is pay a monthly fee for an app to tell me who unfollowed me. Y’all know there’s so many other apps that tell us this information. Tragic... y’all became greedy. Anyways I still have your old app and it’s working okay<3 y’all can refund me the money I spent for it tho since y’all want to get messy

I paid for a year subscription and I just got to cancel it and this developers must think their smart or something because there is no unsubscribe button in the setting, only options are to renew despite it saying you can cancel at any time. 😂😂 whata joke

This new update is horrible. It doesn't allow me to see anything but numbers. I don't know who's unfollowed or blocked me, whether it's spam or not. Matter of fact, the place where you could check if you've been blocked by someone is no longer.

Somewhat accurate I have yet to see if the updates had improvements

I have a paid subscription and it hasn’t worked in five months. No response from company
