This app is a scam. They aren’t even on the App Store anymore. I just renewed my yearly subscription about a month ago, and ever since, I have not been able to get my analytics. It keeps telling me that I have “made too many requests” even though I only check this app/Instagram once a week. DO NOT PURCHASE/DOWNLOAD THIS APP. They will take your money and run away with it. Anyone interested in joining my class action lawsuit, please upvote this. Depending on the amount of upvotes, my lawyers will either proceed with a class action lawsuit or file my case as a single-plaintiff case. Either way, I’m suing these frauds and will make sure they do not continue scamming others.

I have been using this app since 2018, paid the premium subscription fees, and have a had decent experience...until IG recently blocked me twice (7 days each time) within a month “for sharing your account with a service that helps you get more likes or followers” because it’s against IG’s Community Guidelines. I only use Followers to see who follows/unfollows without having to be on IG, NOT to build my account or automate anything. I don’t usually do app reviews, but I’ve emailed Followers/Social Guide at least 10 times between mid December 2019-mid January 2020 to report the issue and they NEVER respond. (You can’t call them either, so I’m not convinced they even have a customer service department?!) In a nutshell, I can’t get a response OR a refund, and I can’t use the app without it adversely affecting my IG account...and that affects my business!
It’s unprofessional and bad business to say the least...and I’m surprised Apple still allows this app (that specifically says it’s for Instagram) to continue selling upgrades that get you blocked from using the app it says it’s supposed to help with?!? WT..??

I am shocked an app like this is allowed in the App Store. The app allows you to see who is not following you back and promises that you can then unfollow these people. However YOU CANNOT unfollow people in this app. They will ask you to pay and sign up for recurring payments so you can unfollow people. DO NOT PAY. The second I did it did not allow me to unfollow anyone and just keeps giving you an error that says you need to verify your account. When you click verify nothing happens and the cycle repeats.
Again, Apple should kick this app off. It does not do what it promises to do. This is fact.
I will be having Chase fight the charge, it’s a small cost to fight but it’s the principle at play here. This app should be deleted.
Screwing paying customers

I paid for the premium features of Unfollowers. Now it won’t turn on and I’m guided to install this to update the app. But, this app wants me to pay again! What, I pay again then you update it again trying to force me to pay again? How many times must I pay for this app? I tried to Restore Purchases but it spins briefly then stops. It restores nothing. So, what the hell is this? This app should work for those who’ve already paid. I really liked the old app. Now I have nothing unless I pay $10 per year? I’ve already paid! This makes me mad. What kind of crappy, dishonest money grabbing garbage is this? If I did this to my customers, I’d be out of business very quickly. Shame on you! Restore our purchases!
