I love this game!! This is the best Bingo app i have found. I started playing back in November, and i am so happy i came across BingoHoliday. The customer service is great. Amy really cares about helping out the players. Once you start this game, make sure to register with your Facebook and join the Facebook pages for BingoHoliday. You receive extra rewards daily from the Facebook group. Plus if you register with your Facebook on the game, you get to make friends in the game and you can send each other all kinds of gifts . Bingo Holiday is so much fun. I play it all the time. I have 3 kids and my days can be hectic, this game is my stress relief lol My ONLY request for BingoHoliday, is to -please- make it available to buy powerups with our coins. I play this game exclusively on my phone, and it’s annoying to have to go on to my computer just to be able to buy powerups with the coins. I know previously you had it so that all the mobile players could do this, please bring it back for everyone. Thank you !!

I’ll admit that I really do like this game and for the most part don’t mind the ads (except when there’s no mute button, then I get a little angry.) I do manage to get the daily bonuses usually and so far I’ve been able to keep playing a few games per day, but I can foresee that this is going to be yet another one of my abandoned games in the near future. I absolutely REFUSE to pay real money just so I can play a game on my phone, so eventually I will delete it. But for now it’s a way to keep my brain occupied and I guess that’s all I can ask for (at the moment.) So...thanks, I guess?

Update to dev response: I can’t log on anymore than I already do since I also work for a living. As it is now I manage to log on EVERY DAY as I said originally. Also yes it would be more fun to play with my friends but none of my Facebook friends play this game so that kind of stomps that, however I have already linked my Facebook account to the game. Lastly, I do play the little mini games and contests, and again I have no problem with the game at present except the ads with no mute button (I will screenshot as you asked) but I am simply pointing out that I will eventually stop playing bc there will come a time when I will need to pay actual money to continue and I refuse to do that.

I love the games and have fun playing them, but a lot of times I have been in the middle of a game and it says I’ve lost connection and it’s trying to reconnect me which it sometimes does but when you are playing 4 cards it’s really impossible to catch up if you’ve lost quite a few numbers. I have almost always been given credit for the cost of playing the games but as you know it’s the bingos that count and there have been times I’ve had one or two bingos which would have either closed that city or left me needing only one more and even though I’m compensated for the cost of playing I never get my bingos back and it is irritating though I realize it isn’t your fault it would still be nice to somehow get the credit for them! Thanks for letting me vent- I do love the games!

1- I think the cards are very expensive. 2- I think there are too many ads, long wait time. 3- I think the game is rigged and designed to force you to purchase credits. 4- in order for me to complete the tournament challenge crowns, tech support told me that the crown levels couldn’t be completed in the free tournament rounds that I had to pay 200 credits for more and more tournament rounds. 5- I have played for months at a time and never got a shadow card. 6- I believe the team challenge is also rigged, I do not believe that anyone would buy enough credits to win over four thousand bingos in one week. 7- on the Facebook fan page one of the bingo players showed a picture of there main bingo screen which showed over a million coins and a half a million credits, but not one power up,,, that’s to suspicious. 8- Facebook rules say that you can sign up for one account however many bingo players have 4 or 5 bingo accounts linked to their numerous fake Facebook accounts. 9- a few months ago, bingo holiday support offered players credits if they’d change their honest ratings to 5 star ratings. 10- over all I feel like everything about this game was built around dishonesty and deceiving players!

I really like BingoHoliday. I ve played other bingo games but this one has had my attention for over five years now. I just quit playing the other bingo games. I get plenty of gifts from other players so I can play almost daily for over an hour. I don’t have to have to buy anything from BingoHoliday but it did cost me at first. My advice is to keep playing until you can play for free too.
I enjoy the fact that there’s a social aspect to the game. I have many friends because of the game. For the most part people are friendly and it’s great that people can converse while playing. If there is a problem the game can be reached to help me. Sometimes it may take a day but they are pretty good about helping.

I’m in Rio and three times in two days with Data and WiFi on game freezes up. One game lost the 96” for 8 cards. AnotherI lost 960, all my bingos won, the use of double xp- instant bingo- double coins- a lot of treasure chests, lost 2700 do with pic of proof, all the coins won, A lot! On top of a free dab hour himt! Third same happened as second time! I had a picture as I said showing the game saying error with my xp, and last game had the pic of it frozen not registering my bingos won, etc STILL ON MY WASTED earned free hour dab hint!! ! So a lot of loss and proof! After 1 reply to make sure WiFi was on with data , I was given 100 coins back for my troubles and a sorry! Second and third.... NO REPLY!! And NO COMENSATION for everything I lost!! Which I don’t care if free for most, but I’ve paid in past hundreds throughout the past three years when I started in 2017! So feel really unappreciated and ripped off! Very disappointed and saddened by this!!

I was asked months ago, by the developers to change my original rating, which I did. But here lately things have just got out of hand with the bingo app and Tech Support will no longer address the issues that I'm having and they have stopped all contact with me. 1st of all, Their advertisements are upside down and cause my screen to flip upside down as well. I never get a chance at the hard to get items because I never get the shadow card that I need so I can't complete the collection. My daily sign in bonus and daily spin bonus both freezer up BingoHoliday now so I no longer collect those items and the list goes on and on. BingoHoliday is just to buggy.

Fun game to play to pass the time but when u win, game should pay extra credits, not just the amount of credits u paid. Then it would feel like actually winning something, not just ur credits spent back. Plus the more u progress in the game, the more credits u have to use. Paying 60 credits for one bingo card is insane. Most times u just have enough credits to play one round. What’s the fun in that? On top of that, the amount of coins barely go up when hitting a number so it takes a long time and many games to add to your bank. This takes away the fun of playing. Positives are the side games to earn more power ups and coins. The puzzles to get an item are okay but some have close to 200 puzzle pieces. That’s insane. Takes forever and again more credits to play in order to complete a collection. I wish the developers would listen to feedback and make these changes.

I have asked for help, but no one will get back to me. I have been playing a long time and was working on Nairobi. I had 11 of the things I needed and was working on the 12th—the giraffe puzzle. Before I could finish it, the game took me back to the blank baioba tree puzzle, which I had already finished. The game shows that I have completed 12 out of 12, even though I have not finished the giraffe puzzle. This would not be a problem except that the game will not let me unlock the next city, St. Moritz. This means I cannot continue the game, which I have been working on for a long time. And NO ONE in customer service will get back to me or help me. I love Bingo Holiday, but I gave it only 3 stars because of your terrible customer service. Can’t you at least unlock St. Moritz for me so that I can continue my game? Thank you.

I’ve been playing Bingo by Holiday for about 6 years and enjoy it immensely. If I have a question,(yes, after all this time I be still have questions), I go to Support, state my problem and normally receive an answer the next day. But best of all, I have met the most wonderful people in Bingo! Actually, I met my best friend here! We text daily, talk occasionally, and generally have a wonderful time together! I’ve met so many terrific people here, like one of the people that help run the game has been such an asset! If she sees that I have a question on the Fan Page, she’ll answer me right away! I very much enjoy Bingo Holiday! There isn’t any part that I don’t like. From getting Bonuses every day, sometimes more often. Having friends that I can talk to and give & receive gifts from. The rooms are fun , interesting and challenging. I also like playing in the tournament. It gives me a change from the rooms or the other way around. Some of the other bingo games I’ve tried do not tell you when you have a bingo. I play multiple cards and sometimes a 4 corner bingo gets by me. Not on Bingo Holiday! Try it! Play Bingo Holiday and I am certain you’ll be hooked!!!

Bingo Holiday has it figured out! With app stores full of a bazillion other bingo & slots apps that tend to blend in with each other, BH has somehow taken my favorite aspect of all the different games I’ve ever played and created an incredibly fun and engaging experience in ONE app.

The interface isn’t only user friendly but it’s aesthetics are actually enjoyable. Daily AND Weekly tasks give “pay free” players the same playing field as users who choose to make in-app purchases. Throw in an ever rotating 72 hour mini game challenge in the mix and BH is IDEAL for the neurodiverse!

Not only is the customer service on point with multiple ways of communicating, including FB msngr, in-app system plus email options.. they provide free bonuses via push notifications and FB links. VIP players have their own separate fb group with even MORE free bonuses.

There’s literally nothing more that I could ask for in a free bingo game! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only gripe I have is the shadow cards how it’s extremely difficult to win the ones you need. As when you do win one it’s one you have way too many of. And when the one you need
appears on the card you never get it, as it takes forever to come back and try again. I think the game has been fair on the amount of wins you get, as you really want to feel more wins as you tend to stop playing a game if you have more losses than wins!! Thank You 😊

Fun game better than the other one I played.

At first I really liked this game but as I progress through the game it gets disheartening. I agree with everyone else that the cost of the cards are too much for the reward you get. I’m at the point right now where I can’t play because I don’t have enough tokens and it’s been like that since yesterday. I don’t get the reward when I rate BingoHoliday either. How can you get rewards when you can’t play and I’m like everyone else, I don’t have the money to pay for extra stuff, (why do you think I play the free games), I can handle the ads. I also can’t stay on the game 24/7 to hit the little ufo I hopes of getting some reward to play.

This game is good to pass the time, but;
Like most Bingo game apps the payout are weak, you pretty much have a chance to win your chips back if you get a bingo- 50 chip entry, 50 chip win, the best you can do is break even. I wouldn’t go to a casino with that, and def won’t pay an app for that.
Another thing that has me bored with the game; I’m on London level for an eternity, only way to move up is collect 324 puzzle pieces to get the last stamp, and you can only get maybe 3 pieces per game.
I’m giving the game 3 stars bc of above mentioned. Suggestion for developer: Make it more realistic as far as payouts go, make people feel like they won when they won.

I use to play another Bingo game , Bingo Blitz, I played it for years, but since I started playing Bingo Holiday it’s now the only bingo game I play. On the rare occasions that I’ve needed support their response was outstanding. I don’t have to pay a fortune to play this game like with other online bingo games. Amy Brown has made sure that this is a user friendly user appreciated app. She has set up the groups for the players and I have never been more impressed by an app or it’s developers. So yes Im giving a rating of 5 STARS!!

I really enjoy playing Bingo Holiday! There are numerous boards to play - you don’t have to go to social media to play, but you can if you wish to, and chat and share with others if you choose to. It can be addicting!
Just reading some of the other reviews...quite a few mention the use of “bots”, I usually do not play on FB but as a guest and have been called a bot in the chats...I’m not a bot taking the top spots, I use the power ups and just happened to get Bingo before others!

U need to fix the game. When the last number is called the game automatically shuts down and you don’t have time to dub the last number. Lost several bingo’s due to this also on Paris I have hAd several Bingo’s and the game has never updated to 12 played. Still shows 11. Love the game but this is t an auto Bingo frustrating. Also games are not updating on number of Bongo’s I Have 12 in PAris and Dubai and game has not updated?????????no response???? Same. You have not changed this issue. Even when you get an Auto. Bingo on last number called you do not get credit for it. Play a lot and FRUSTRATING!!!

I enjoy playing but I can tell that in the near future I’ll have to make a purchase in order to keep playing. I don’t have any Facebook friends that play this game and I guess that’s the only way to keep playing without spending money (friends can “gift” you items/coins to keep playing). I’m disappointed that even with all the ads, they still have it rigged so you eventually have to make a purchase. For now it’s fun for a quick downtime or break, but I’ll have to delete it once I run out of coin things. I don’t want to spend money to play a game on my phone. Seems so wasteful.

I really like this game....BUT...like with everyone else the reward vs cost to play ratio is lopsided...I don’t like to spend my money on buy chips...been there done that and it doesn’t really do any good when you don’t win...also some puzzles are really crazy 100 pieces and you only collect 2 to 5 if you win...you also don’t get much awards if you hit the chick or chipmunk or spaceship...I have hit them at least 3 to 4 time each day I play but am lucky if it registers...I would love to binge play this game but you don’t allow for that unless I am rich - which I am not...if you don’t have chips you can’t play....

This is my new favorite bingo game has been 4 a year! It’s better than any other bingo game out there and you don’t have to pay and pay and pay just to keep going! It’s truly a wonderful bingo game like b.blitz USED to be in THE VERY beginning b4 all the hideous changes!!!
So Bingo Holiday has my new fav vote and has since I first started playing in ‘17 -until this day, & it just gets Better instead of worse so far!!!
