Driver of NYP100 License UB41-554 on 2/27/2022 Was driving WAY above the 25 mile neighborhood speed limit. My wife and I were walking down the street (no sidewalks) in this quiet neighborhood. A young teen was shooting basketball a little further down. I motioned for them to slow down as they approached and instead they drove FASTER! Dropped off whatever they presumably were delivering like an Amazon package and then did exactly the same on the way back until I snapped a picture of the truck and license plate. That made them slow down. I though we would have a confrontation but they continued and the stopped one last time to see if I was recording.

Driver of truck LA833 on 12/9/21 @ 8:30am is driving EXTREMELY insanely and nearly rammed the back of our vehicle because they are in a rush. Absolutely zero regard for people's safety.

I would like to report a aggressive unsafe driver of truck dn309. We are driving north on i25 from Firestone and the truck continues to try to run us off the road speed up and run up on assend to the point wherenotevena foot is between the hood of there truck and the bumper of ours. I am just wondering if safety of the community and other driver is something your company takes seriously

One of your “safe” drivers just about ran me off the road by changing lanes into the lane I occupied next to it. Yes, I honked the hell out of it and flipped the driver off. Your company does not even have a way for the public to contact you and file a complaint. So here it is. Truck LA534 with Oregon license plate 204MDX on 09/08/2021 in Napa, CA.

Tried to rent from fluid truck, they charged me $215 dollars just to tell me that my license was denied as I was pulling into the parking lot to pick up. No customer service number to call, and very hard to get in touch with the lender. This is ridiculous.

Idk if you drug test your drivers or not, but I just saw one of them finish smoking his marijuana joint or blunt, then almost hit another driver as he was making a turn then he just drove off instead of without slowing down, I’m not one to care what people do on their free time, but when others run the risk of getting affected that’s when I draw the line. In a profession that involves driving, you should definitely check your drivers for substance abuse, today it was a close call tomorrow might be another story, the truck # I saw was LA 527

Avoid if You Don’t Want a Bigger Moving Headache

If I could give negative stars, I would. If you are in need of a moving truck last minute, this is the last thing you want to waste your time dealing with. From the very start renting the truck is a pain. Initially, you reserve the truck and think that you are good, only to open the app and see a denial, but never receive an email or anything telling you more details. When clicking further on the app, I see it is asking me to submit my ID again, so I did. Only to have the same denial 5 min later. I tried one more time, I guess that time is when it went through but again, the app does not give you any notifications. So it wasn’t until I received a text saying to upload photos of the vehicle that I even knew I had a reservation. So of course, I had to reach out and say that I didn’t need it because I didn’t even receive anything saying I was approved. I was told to log out and back in to see the update and of course now I could but it does me no help. I was told they couldn’t cancel the reservation since it was already in progress. But I didn’t have any thing nor did I even know so how is it in progress! Avoid avoid avoid! The last thing you need is a bigger headache during a crazy time like moving. Fluid Truck is like the Spirit Airlines of moving truck companies. You get what you pay for

As soon as I picked up the vehicle for my first rental I noticed there was a significant mechanical issue. It felt like the rear end of the pickup was on its way out. I went to call support and found they only offered email support. I messaged them asking them to swap vehicles as I could not make another reservation with one active. 14 hours later I received a response telling me I would need to return the truck and cancel the reservation. I responded saying there is no way to cancel. I never received a response. I guess locking the back axel while cruising down the highway with 3000 lbs of stuff in the truck is no biggie. Also the truck had no horn, broken wiper blades and barely functional headlights.

Figuring it was more the truck than the company I attempted to reserve another vehicle to make a delivery. When attempting to make the reservation I received an error stating that I was over my limit. After checking I saw that the previous reservation was still active even though the status said returned and the owner had completed inspection. I guess that $5000 delivery can wait until next week!!!

Allowed to book a truck even though it wasn’t available. I even doubt if they operate in my city as they were quick to ask me to register by showing trucks available near my location(not sure if those were actual trucks or just placeholders to fool potential customers into registering). But as soon as I registered and made the payment I was told the truck isn’t available anymore. Perhaps, to buy time, they started asking me for additional verification docs over email ( I had already shared my DL on their site at the time of registration) . If they really needed those additional verification documents, why didn’t they ask me for them when I was registering/booking and already providing docs at the time of registration on their website. Why should they be asking it over email?
