Long story short I’ve had purchased and been using EZ Lynk for over a year
I can’t get a Wi-Fi most of the time I’ve done all the updates as required
That’s it for the last month All of my ECU tunes i’ve disappeared I contacted my technician who no longer deals with this company and has pass the ball to them I contacted EZ Lynk Tech-support and they put it on my technician so now my truck has check engine lights I have no ability to erase and I’m stuck with not sure what tune if any is in this vehicle my vehicle is being held hostage couldn’t sell it if I tried to add a dealership for the fact the tune is in there which I cannot reset to factory please help

Had to get a new phone so I downloaded AutoAgent and I can’t log in. I know the password because I have a book of passwords for my accounts and most of my passwords are saved in my phone but it’s not letting me log in. I try to reset the password and I click on the link in the email and it sends me to a blank page. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve tried on my phone and computer to reset the password so I can log in and I can’t.

After using this for two years I’m Having issues the last couple months when using live data, it will temporarily go to the connecting screen every couple minutes. I’m not sure if it’s AutoAgent or the ez lynk itself but it’s super aggravating when I’m driving.

This is a great app, however I wish that there was a functional native CarPlay app for auto agent. I know it is possible to buy one of the “magic boxes” and download AutoAgent to that box, but that keeps me from being able to use CarPlay from my phone at the same time. If there was just CarPlay support for AutoAgent, it would be an awesome feature. You could customize the CarPlay screen presets in AutoAgent on your phone so that when you launch auto agent on the CarPlay screen it shows the preset that you configured on your phone. Chefs kiss.

This is my first tuner and it’s been easy to set up and use. I’ve had it now for 2yrs or so. I use an iPad mini and it’s great because it’s much easier to see and read vs an iPhone. To me the iPad mini is the perfect size. I wish they would add a heads up display so I could just set it on my dash instead of looking over to see the numbers. Every free speed app out there has a hud option I can’t believe they won’t add it to this. I’ve emailed repeatedly over the 2 years and still no hud.

My truck was already the leader in The industry with technology and performance! I was blown away that it could get any better and with the auto agent 2 , it’s like they rolled it out of NASAs front gate and said here ya go have fun be careful oh and check out all the cool data on your iPhone screen and yes you can monitor your every mile your every red light lift off and adjust to different stages /tunes right there on your phone , I’m still amazed gojj in big on a year and 1/2 with the set up , rock on major props to all the folks that designed this amazing technology!

What I was going to say was I always have to unplug mine before I can get it to pull up on my phone , sometimes it pulls up sometimes not , just wish that part was addressed other than that pretty awesome!!!

Please add a option to have a sound alert come on with the gauge display when it turns red for the warning alert. If you could make it pull from the ringtone sounds from the phone would be cool.

Overall I have had good experiences with this product however after owning it for about 4 years now or so. I am having countless issues connect to the tcm. Every time I try and flash a tcm tune it will never transfer and will not upload the tune. It has become very disappointing. I have not been able to get help from Ez Link or Auto Agent. Otherwise good procduct.

Only thing that I wish it did was give you a screen option with the power levels for sotf.. would be nice if it broke that down a little more so you would know what each setting is exactly

Able to get exactly what you need with your truck when you need it!!!!! Except something for towing are something for better fuel economy.

EZ LYNK and SPE are the most incredible combination! My power is demonstrable with each click of the 5 position switch! 30,60,100,150, 200hp! On the fly!! Seamless transition with each bump in horsepower. SPE incorporates transmission tunes so there is smooth shifting! The ability to see all my engine parameters allows for more accurate and quick diagnosis of all sensors that Ford can see! I haven’t had any issues other than a blown fuel pump that plagues the Ford fuel pump. I CANT STRESS ADDING THE PREVENTER FILTER ENOUGH!! I had scheduled the filter install for $400 after a trip for the weekend. On the way home the fuel pump went and $8700 repair came along! Missed by 4 days!!

This device has given my truck the extra power it needs and has actually helped with gas mileage. My next diesel will definitely have one.

This is an awesome system, would get 5 stars if they had an updated tire system. Most people run higher than just 34.5” tires, in my opinion it would be better if they offered up to 40” tire size.

Best thing I did to the truck. I can monitor my service codes without the stress and can reset them myself. I use my truck for work and usually 12-15 hr straight runs. It’s a great tool for increased HP as well. Definitely recommend the Auto Agent to all.

Love the E-Z Lynk Auto Agent 2. Very easy to install & do by anyone. Love that you can do everything from my phone & talk my my technician via here & they can tweak anything by this without taking my truck into them personally or any upgrades within a touch of a button!! I would recommend this to anyone!!

The GPS speed is off by 20 mph since the latest update. I’ve bounced my phones GPS speed off of various apps I have installed and they all work as they should. I generally use the GPS speed tile along with all the other readings I like monitor with AutoAgent . Please get this fixed and I’ll update to the full 5 stars AutoAgent deserves.

The EZ lynk rocks. Only big issue is initial connection. The software has been updated a few times to find the best method for shutdown of the unit. I liked the older software that would allow the unit to stay powered up most of the. Tim. I drive my truck daily and I like that the unit connected to my monitor quickly bs itvgakeing 3-5 mins like it does now. This isn’t really a huge issue but it demonstrates that the company is constantly trying to perfect their product.

I have had other tuners without apps and I wasn’t as impressed as I am with the EZlynk.
Tunes download easy and having a direct connection via email through the tuner is awesome. I have only had mine for about a month but I am impressed with the functionality and ease of use.
