I watched your live coverage today of the USL W League Central conference finals, Pittsburgh Riveters vs. Minnesota Aurora. I am extremely disappointed that you used 100%-biased announcers favoring the Pittsburgh team. Every ball played by Pittsburgh was "terrific", "win", "tremendous", "fans loved it", "brilliant", "big play", "unbelievable"; plays by Minnesota were "lucky", "I'm sure she's good", "not gonna make it", "referee gave it". Every Pittsburgh player's name was announced with their every touch; Minnesota players' names were heard only with shots on goal. Pittsburgh's season and players were described over and over again; Minnesota's record-setting season and players rarely. In playoff matches, your announcers _must_ be neutral, even if you must use ones unfamiliar with the competing teams. (By the way, it is unsportsmanlike for a coach or player to "get on" the referees, harassing them.) If an announcer cannot be, or appear, neutral, they should be replaced, or unpaid if the match has ended. If a streaming network like yours cannot find neutral announcers, the network should remain unwatched and unsponsored. You owe the USL W audience an apology for this one.
I could watch only 2 out of 4 games. Please explain why. It was a tournament in overland kansas
Mediocre at best

The app is never updated properly or on time. Having to wait 2 - 3 days for a stream to be uploaded to the app while on top of that certain streams do not work at all. Sessions are never categorized by city and date properly and takes a week for the current session to even be listed on the app. Sound quality is horrible don’t watch streams with headphones!!!! App needs a lot of work and a lot of fixing.
Clumsy and not very intuitive

This has got to be the biggest disappointment of a youth sports streaming app I’ve ever encountered. The platform is clumsy and not very intuitive. Unreliable at times and very hard to navigate. You guys may consider something closer to ballertv. I feel taken advantage of seriously. Most frustrating and useless piece of tech I’ve ever seen. Another fine example of big corporations taking advantage of the patents of young athletes.
Manual Scoring broken

Have been using for about a year. At some point, revision update broke the manual scoring option. Goes to 1 and then you can no longer update. Waiting on a response through tech support but as of now it is not useable.
