The average person even interested in taken an iq test is probably above average in intelligence. Since non intellectuals don’t seek intellectual tasks by definition. Therefore unless the Iq is randomly distributed to a given population to set a general standard of Iq. This particular test has a selection bias for those who are interesting in such a thing and are probably smarter than average. Therefore the Iq average for this test is much higher , given more intelligent people are taking this test than normal. My Iq in approximate is 145+ but I scored 120. Therefore expect results to be 15-points off.

A lot of intelligent people downloaded this test so it’s how you rank among intellectuals and not ranking up against the general population like a general Iq test. Cheers

I was happy with IQTest until I took a break from the test. The timer kept running, and it told me I ran out of time.😡

At the end my iq crept changing between 122 and 144

Don’t download IQTest, it’s a waste of time!!!

Based on the Raven Progressive Matrices format, this 39 question test can be completed in under 45 minutes and spits out a nice, neat score. I wish you could review your results in more depth, however, that would defeat the integrity of the score (because you could study and retake the test). Of course the best way to get an accurate measurement of IQ is through a test administered by a psychologist, but IQTest is free and the questions are legit. Give it a shot! Because it's nonverbal, you can give it to your kids as well and see how they do.

The test did as much as you can actually expect from an app. My actual IQ is 143, on this test I got a 135 which is a bit off. However, it doesn't adjust for age or take many nuances into consideration so take the result with a grain of salt. IQ tests have a section similar to this, but they also have different types of problems to measure different areas of intelligence. IQTest only had one of the types of puzzles and it uses that to come up with an estimate.

Will still a free test, I personally trust the validity of this test. While taking a similar online test backed by the Brain Metrics Initiative, I got similar iq scores with a difference of one point. With twice as many questions, I can imagine this test will be able to better gauge one’s general intelligence, providing a more accurate result. Best of all you can get your score for free! Only have to pay if you want to go more in depth with your test.

IQTest was pretty fun, whatever your score is I am sure the real score is your first test plus/minus 15. For people that gave it a low rating, you cant measure your friends intelligence and shouldnt get offended because you guys score the same. Moreover, if your iq is really high then you wouldn’t be easily offended by an app that was made for your entertainment. IQTest is fun to see how creative you are, read the result with a grain of salt.

i was curious what my IQ was so i downloaded IQTest to get an idea. Test was pretty legit but when i finished it wouldnt show me my score so I closed IQTest and tried again then went to the high score section but it just crashes. and then i got a pop up and before i even read it i was charged 1.99 to see my score and show me the answers i guess... wouldnt be a big deal its only 2 bucks but IQTest still shows me ads every page i click on and also crashes every time i try to look at my score. i never give reviews but IQTest is just straight up scammed me :/

Idk what all these 1 star reviews are for, my friend and I wanted to see who has a higher IQ and this worked just fine. I took the test, and after wards an ad popped up but I just closed it and there was my score! I won't say mine cause idk is that's personal information or not.

After you finish the test when you click “see answers” it comes to a purchase screen of $1.99

It would’ve auto purchased if I hadn’t had no payment methods set up. Developers like these is the reason I delete my card after each purchase.

Didn’t have to pay for anything. After I was done it gave me my score. If your IQ is low don’t give IQTest low rating, go study.

You could have someone check your text for grammar and spelling mistakes :)

I downloaded IQTest obviously to take an IQ test. It worked, but it has a button that say "See your score and share with contacts" I wanted to see my score but not share with my contacts! IT SENT A TEXT TO EVERY CONTACT IN MY PHONE INVITING THEM TO TAKE AN IQ TEST. WITH MY NAME!!! I am so embarrassed for my life. Now I have to explain to my managers why they're getting spam from me. Never again.

Hard questions that really make you try to connect the dots and figure out patterns

I no I’m smarter then a 55 iq. I token the test at school 20 years ago an I was an iq of 110. Now I’m 40 year old and I get 55 not make any cents. I’m so embarased to show my friend and family my score I deleted IQTest . There test is so flawd it don’t make any cents. If there going to make a iq test they should do there research first.

I have taken a certified IQ test made by the educational board of my county and I was trying to find a valid test. This test said my IQ was 104, while the certified one told me I had an IQ of 136. Don’t waste your time on a test that’s going to give you incorrect answers.

Wasted 30+ minutes to finish the test at the end they still wanted me to do another 20 question at the end of 1 hour they want me to pay for the results. Why not just charge for IQTest and stop wasting ppl time

That is a great way to set the average being that retakes wouldn’t affect the score. I believe the score is calculated as a ratio, therefore if you scored a 120 and you have a real iq of 145, you must multiply ~1.20 to your in app score.
