Maine Public Broadcasting App Reviews

I love listening to many NPR and PRI shows but the Maine Broadcasting app doesn’t make it possible for me to rewind to the beginning of a show to hear its entirety. Also it’s not possible to pause and restart after several minutes of a pause. Lastly the intro is too long.

I might suggest designing your app after the WBUR app which is excellent, easy to use and to listen to all of its shows anytime.

I like being able to stream Maine Public Classical and catch up on interesting episodes of Maine Calling that I may have missed, but I don’t find MainePublicBroadcastingApp to be very intuitive.

I don’t know of other apps that allow users to access multiple formats from one place. I love that I can get it all in one package. AndI’ve not had a single technical issue with any of the functions. Very pleased. I’m away from Maine often and this is such a nice app for staying connected.

MainePublicBroadcastingApp is amazing. It works well, streams great, and has so much functionality. Most public radio apps aren’t this user friendly or well laid out. MPR is my favorite from all the areas I’ve lived, and I’m so happy I can stream it nearly 2,000 miles away.

I cannot access the Classical Holiday music from MainePublicBroadcastingApp, contrary to the information that we received from MPBN. When I emailed re: my situation four days ago, I expected some type of response, but so far, I have heard nothing. Very disappointing.
