staff keeps asking for photos of the notes i want to exchange. they could not point to any policy which talks about it. one person says you will get lower rates if notes are old. other person , supposedly his βsirβ said he will have to come back if notes are not good. they donβt even agree on why they want ti see the pics of the notes. i have used bookmyforex earlier but the service quality has dropped really low. they should be providing better service especially because they charge double the service charges than rest of the market
Delivery of card is quick but upload after that requires multiple follow-ups. They changed the rate even after paying booking amount to fix the rate. Still waiting on refund of booking amount. Been over 10 days.
