Please please fix BuddyPunch . On the iPhone when you go to punch in manually and it pulls the keyboard up to type in the date and time BuddyPunch screen stays up at the top and doesn’t bounce back and the top half gets completely cut off. Drives me insane, please fix!!!

Response: I don’t have a custom keyboard!! I wish I could send a video to show what it does. I have the standard iPhone keyboard and when I click on the time boxes BuddyPunch launches my keyboard and that’s when the above happens.

Can’t see how much PTO time I have left. iOS app is useless for anything other then submitting a time card.

I never get paid on the dates according to the timecards...

Can only clock in and out can’t see my time sheet to check my hours or anything.

We have a catering business with about 75 employees that we pull from based on the size of our events. Having to inactivate them all and then reactivate every month led to errors and hold ups when employees would clock in. The software would be better if it only charged for employees that actively punch in during a month while letting us leave all of our employees active in the system. Also - we had a pattern of some employees with darker skin having problems with facial recognition. So that was bit embarrassing and led to the final decision to put everyone back on punchcards.

Clocked in 6 minutes late because BuddyPunch took forever to load and punch me in, no matter how many times I closed it and opened it again.

Make it available in landscape view and reset the user each time someone's logged in as opposed to one employee always being saved

This is a good app for punching in and out at work. However the website and app do not always work together. What is visible on the website is not always viewable on BuddyPunch . It can be a little frustrating to have to go back and forth from BuddyPunch to the website to make sure something has been done correctly.

When punching in and out BuddyPunch will not punch you in all the time. It's been multiple times I start work to realize it never punched me in, same as for punching in and out for lunch. You may think you did but when it's time to punch back in. There you see that it never punched you out. Think you punched out for work. Nope you're gonna get a email saying you been punched in for 12 hours! dumb

Great app needs improvement

Great app but I’ve noticed every couple weeks I have to delete BuddyPunch and re-download it because I go to load BuddyPunch it is just a blank white screen this only happens with other iPhone users I work with as well

Great application. User friendly.

But the customer service is just off the chain.
By this I mean they kick ass in their prompt, precise, and concise help.

I am very pleased with buddy punch. Wish I had used it much sooner.

Easy, nice to use and convenient. Just need to make BuddyPunch able to be horizontal (at least) on the iPad version because we use it at my shop and the iPads sit in locked horizontal placement!

Our team has been using this for about 3 years and it has greatly simplified keeping track of time. We use the QRO code which makes for a good punch system.

Perfect for on the go service. There’s no way anyone should be late.

Very convenient and easy to submit. Notificaton and updates are always fluent .

Great App but you need to come up with a way where you can change your status without having to punch in/out every time.
