The product is very helpful, especially for kids. FeverScout is fine, but can be better. It let you set a high temperature alarm so you know when the kid is on fever. But I’m also worried about them cooling down too much. Can you add a low temperature alarm too? Overall, thank you for inviting this helpful gear.

I spent a good amount of money on this temperature monitoring device and am frustrated that the company has since gone out of business and there is no way to contact them on how to get my device to pair to FeverScout again. The "help" section within FeverScout is very unhelpful towards my situation and I know there is nothing wrong with my device
