All I wanted to do was get rates and fees for a wire transfer and they insist on dragging you through acccount creation and identity verification before you can get the most basic information to even decide if you want to deal with them - I run identity systems for a major bank and I know how and when this information is actually needed
You should not have to crawl across broken glass just to get the simplest of starting information

Why do they ask for my SSN? All I’m trying to do is send money from the US to another country. This is my first time using this app. But asking for something so personal not acceptable.
