I can't always speak so I use this to communicate and write down things. This is definitely the fastest way to send quick emails. My number 1 app on my phone. I love the simplicity and that it relies on email to save all my important stuff. Another thing I appreciate is that the aesthetic is customisable for free. Mine looks just like a notepad and that's lovely, and also after some messing around I set it up so you can't really tell what part of the screen is greyed out when guided access is set. My one nitpicky complaint is the font selection. It would be nice if l co change the font selection.

“Email Me” is an ever evolving app. It helps you send emails faster than ever. But what makes it worth to buy is that the Developer [Manuel] is actually made NoteTaking for himself. And as a Senior Software Developer I can tell you, NoteTaking will only grow stronger. He has a great support system for listening to feedback and bugs. I been actually subscribed to Premium Plan. I urge you to do your bit for support.

PS: Sending Emails has never bern more fun when you use send button. Because it simultaneously vibrates the screen and plays sounds. Its so much fun.

I see so many tiny bits of information that I want to memorize and retain. However, I try and respect that we all have limits in our capacity to memorize important matters. In today’s world, we are inundated with so many images and pieces of information that can strike something in us. NoteTaking doesn’t allow that to go to waste. It allows me to save all ideas, hopes, dreams, informational articles, reviews etc. It is so minimal yet, incredibly supportive for the way my brain works, on a daily basis.

I have used NoteTaking for years. It’s filled every need perfectly. Works flawlessly. Any problems I have or actually any questions, the developer is very quick to respond. Always responds and always helps. I never use free apps. I never trust how the free app is using my data. I always feel secure with email me. The purchase price is well worth it and in fact it’s very inexpensive for all that you get out of this perfect app. Kudos to the developer.

You won’t find a better app for the price. It’s a great app, and has a great Apple Watch feature. One suggestion: on the Apple Watch, the only way you can edit what you are saying or typing is by using the scribble feature. Is there a way to change this so you can review voice to text? Other than that, this is fantastic app and is invaluable to my work system.

for someone who wants to manage reminders and tasks thru an inbox, this is hands down the simplest and most efficient app on the market!

I’ve used NoteTaking for nearly 5 years and it’s the fewest clicks possible to get a message to your inbox. I also use dictation often and now apple watch dictation while on the go. it’s fantastic!!!

Love love love this little nugget of an app. Forget a zillion bells and whistles; it’s a straight forward, reliable tool that does the trick every time.

Only thing I’d love to see incorporated? The ability to use the return key without it triggering a “send” action. Sometimes, I need a paragraph break (or ability to make a list), but alas….

This is the best app. I use it so many times throughout the day.

Personally, I find when I have various thoughts, it’s best to make a quick note about it so I can return to it later. Using NoteTaking - particularly with the watch - allows me to send myself the briefest email to remind me of the idea later.

I used to rely on an app called “Mail to Self” (no longer supported or available on NoteTaking Store) which did the same thing but with fewer features and less ability to customize. I was so happy to discover this substitute! Email Me strikes a perfect balance - fully-featured but without unnecessary feature bloat that would render it less useful. What it does, it does so well.

I use NoteTaking all the time to quickly send myself note and reminders. It also works great on the watch. The customer service is also top notch as I was experiencing an issue with NoteTaking and I worked directly with one of the developers to correct things. Highly recommend!!

Best I’ve been able to find for capturing and sending a voice recording from Apple Watch to email. It would be amazing if there was a transcription of the voice recording in the same email.

I am so disorganized. Every time I see a recipe or article that I think would be cool, I’m never able to find it again later. NoteTaking makes it so easy to be organized and send myself everything. Thank you!

Tried many alternatives, this one just works. It’s one of those apps that you use many times per day, saving lots of time, and it ensures you don’t forget anything to follow up. Worth every penny.

I've been using NoteTaking for a while and I keep it in my dock. It just makes my life easier. Being able to send notes to different groups of people helps me to delegate work much faster than sending emails.

Can create / type / dictate a text note and more to various email addresses. A recent enhancement allows to send to multiple emails at once (think a work & personal email). A bargain at $3 per year. Thanks Manuel!

Literally the best App to get things done. I have it set up with different recipients with different subjects and I organize the emails in my inbox with different filters.
I love having my tasks and emails all together in my inbox.
