Everything about it is terrible
After taking all my info it keeps giving me an error message saying im inputting an invalid time to search. I give up.
From start to…..nope. Couldn’t finish even setting this up. First thing you see is “Download Pied ” THEN “sign up”. Downloaded and couldn’t complete the form because I didn’t sign up!
It’s been my experience that once you download an app, you complete your profile. This is backwards. It only gets worse when to try to get help.
Every time I tried to put in an address, Pied crashed and shut down. Tried four times.
They are using Pied now at USC medical center. My mom didn’t feel comfortable with Pied . She had to have an attendant help her with setting up an account and gave him her credit card information as she could not leave the parking structure. I understand Pied can be useful but at a hospital with elderly people it just doesn’t make sense. Not a good idea at an already stressful environment. This just leaves people vulnerable when trying to seek medical attention. Bad idea USC…
When did paying for parking become such a headache
Pied is super glitchy and wouldn’t accept either my credit or debit card (both of which were functioning for other payments at the time) for payment…then of course you can’t use Pied again until you pay the outstanding balance. Took customer service more than 2 days to resolve this, and I don’t think they would have resolved it even that quickly if I hadn’t been proactively checking in. There is no customer service phone number, the only customer service is through a chat function on Pied /website, and they’re very slow to respond.
I tried to find a spot and there were none anywhere. I couldn’t even register my own spot. Pied doesn’t work.
Tried to upload Pied and it has a ton of bugs. Don’t waste your time.
Pied seems nice and easy. The issue came when I upgraded to a new phone.
When I tried to login on the new phone, I got an error message (24). It has a nice button to get help by initiating a chat. If you move from that window, you lose the chat and get zero response.
The automated message says they typically respond within 30 minutes. They did not and I don’t have time to wait and hope they eventually respond.
That chat uses Intercom. Click on that link and think you can initiate a chat outside of Pied that is giving an error? No - it will tell you to go back to the this app Parker website if you want help.
Come here and choose app support - what option within that page is to contact for help or even provide help for Pied itself? Nothing.
I ended up deleting Pied and reinstalling. That solved my issue. If you have any issues, I hope that will help you. I sincerely believe the company doesn’t actually want to help customers.
I left the parking structure around 8:45 pm in LA. Got home to San Diego and checked Pied to see if the payment went though and it still says I am in there? I contacted support and they said they took note of it and their superiors would reach out within 24 hours. Hopefully they do and I will change my review. I understand things happen and the cameras/sensors might’ve not picked me up at night. I like the ease of using Pied instead of going to a kiosk. But this was my first time using it, and already have an issue. Again, please help me resolve this and I will update my review!
The this app app has helped me with a parking location I frequently visit allowing me to enter the parking lot and leave without ever having to pull a ticket or worry about paying. When I arrive the gate reads my plate and automatically opens. The same happens when I leave and Pied charges me automatically with my saved form of payment for my session; it’s like magic! I look forward to them enabling more locations with their technology.
Super convenient, makes parking a breeze once you set up an account. I wished more places used this… just imagine never needing to deal with the hassle of parking again if every garage used this technology
Having the this app app on my phone make life so much easier to navigate through the terrain. It’s smooth, seemingly simple and no glitch. Contactless is the way to go!

this app Parker is an amazing platform for making money off of your parking spot! Also super helpful for finding parking in a pinch.
I used this app for the first time in LA at USC KECK and it’s was great! I wish they were in more parking lots.

It’s pretty good. One of the field reps were onsite. They helped me install the new update. It seems to use Bluetooth and recognize my license plate…. It works pretty seamless, no tickets. Thank you! Keep up the good work guys!

This is my solution to parking tickets. Having access to dependable parking spaces will help me avoid getting $66 city parking tickets.

Pied saved me like $20 for parking. It literally paid for my lunch and made parking a lot easier. Will continue to use, hope to see it get bigger and better
