Hello blued team my id problem is that every two days my id gets locked automatically because i have done recharge also few days ago same thing happened with my four account it goes on for three four days i recharge. I am a foreigner in China. Created first blued account in Sep 2019 with just blued ID and password. Used it for over a year with no problems. Then forgot the information to login and couldn't retrieve it because I used no email or phone number when creating profile. Then made 2nd account with Chinese phone number. That account got locked in 1 minute of using the app :D Wrote several emails to support@redacted, they never replied back. Created another account with my 2nd Chinese Unicom phone number, got locked in 24h. Third account with apple ID and email, got locked in 24h. What is going on???? What am I doing wrong and what kind of rules am I breaking that I keep getting banned? I write in English to other users and Blued can translate. I send pictures also nudes, but everybody else does. I have never insulted anyone or was rude. I have written so many emails and no one responded. I am so confused and I can't get in touch with Blued support. :(

Blued was a two- to three-star app, but it has gotten more restrictive and less desirable with each update. Basic features are now available to paid subscribers only. However, $15 per month is extravagant for Asian users. The “nearby” grid begins at 30 km for the free version. This defeats the purpose of the app. The third party ads for children’s games cannot be closed even after suffering through them for 30 seconds. This means that a user has to close the app and relaunch it every couple of minutes. I understand a company wanting to make money, and I might be enticed into paying for a subscription if the app were more honest and fair. It does not deliver on the most basic premise of the app—to meet like-minded people nearby.

It seems blued is not resisting the CCP's domination and interference with customer privacy. And there's a lot of long crappu advertising which is time "expensive" and almost every screen has a promo. Advertising to viewing ratio is very high. This is the developer's non-responsive reply "We appreciate your feedback. However, Blued has never, or will never, collect a user's information without your knowledge in any means. And we will keep working on providing you a good experience. Thank you so much!". I am not clear what is being said. Anything done in totalitarian communist China is only done with government approval. Blued collects data and Xi Jinping requires Blued to share it with the government. I don't trust anything coming out of Communist China in matters of personal privacy. Blued is required by law to share.

Edit: waited a month, and now up to 46 followers and still can’t go live. Dumbest thing ever. Anyone used to be able to go Live. Not anymore, including people with followers.
Okay— so this new system for people wanting to go live and having to complete challenges, have 30 followers, etc. is horrible for new people. You gain followers through lives— 1st. Second, a lot of those who can go live are doing videos of them sleeping but can go live because they’ve been on Blued for a long time. If it weren’t for the other parts of the app, I’d delete everything. I wanted to go live— didn’t know about the changes— and submitted an “application” which got denied, I had 29/30 required followers, and you even put a 30 day wait time on rejected applicants. You think you’re weeding out the bad Live videos but you’re really keeping away new Live hosts.
Btw— not everyone does lives for beans or stickers etc. some just go on to be social and meet people around the world.
I think this should change— but I’m no one important so oh well.
