Wish my fraternity never switched
Everything was better on groupme… true free speech. Now with this new application, admins are power hungry and the fraternity is becoming more split into two factions. We aren’t as brotherly as we were last semester. The admins just delete anything they don’t agree with and this is causing me much emotional anguish. I blame Jack Chen for persuading us to switch to flare.

Decent app
The app itself is fine, there are a couple small problems like links not always being clickable, but overall it’s nice to have everything in one place. However, you really need to change the app icon, it looks exactly like tinder. It seems impossible that I’m the first person to have this complaint, but please change the color lol

Flare is such a great app!
My sorority is in the middle of transitioning to flare. We love the event post options, the separate group chats, and the ease of keeping track of points and getting other members’ contact info! I’m still getting used to the app because I’m not familiar with enough of the features yet (hence the 4 stars) but I can’t recommend this app enough especially after we’ve been switching over from using FB messenger which is not nearly as useful.
