I loved this game years ago, but when I downloaded it now on a new phone it seems there’s no way to transfer progress. No upload/download, no link to FB or game center, nothing. Which...is kind of behind the times, don’t you think? Maybe Hyperbeard just dropped support for their older games or something, but it should come with a warning in that case.

I’ll still start over; that’s how addicting it is. Without spending money though, because the restore purchases button also does nothing. (Caveat emptor and all that.)

PS - There’s a bug where the messages about the items stop appearing after the first ten or so,(after I got my first puzzle piece) so you have to look up the description in the inventory tab. Not impossible but it is annoying, there are a lot of items in there. Not to mention no share button for that few extra coins. Once again, maybe there’s no more support for this, but I’ll put it out there.

I love this game so much. I love love love it. The art style is adorable, the cats are cute, the items are interesting and I love that some of them are pop culture references, I even love that the option to watch ads doesn’t seem to have a limit, at least not that I’ve found, since it makes gems relatively easy to get.
The only complaint that I have is that you can get the same item multiple times. It’s infuriating sometimes. I got the chicken that “looks like something else but is a chicken” TWICE in a row after I’d already gotten it once before. It’s such a stupid feature that you guys added. I had this game a year or two ago and recently reinstalled it, and this feature wasn’t in there before. Why would you add it in? It already takes forever for cats to come back, up to forty minutes. Why would you make it even harder by allowing repeat items to be collected? It is the only complaint I have but it is such a huge annoyance.

Hi! I downloaded this game a few days ago and I just can’t get over it!!! The art is amazing, and the cats are ridiculously cute! I have other Hyperbeard games such as Clawbert, Chichens, and Adorable Home and all of them are amazing and the quality is really good considering that they are free games!!!

I have some suggestions so the game can be even better:
1. Organizing your objects. I am a big perfectionist and the more objects you have, the bigger the clutter is. I wish you could place the objects you get where you want them, and then change their places if you want to.
2. The cats cost so much!!! To get a new cat is SUPER expensive considering you rarely aver get gems. You could also say that one gem costs mabye 100 coins, so it could be easier. Or mabye lower the price down to 2 gems instead of 4.
3. THE WAIT. I love Hyperbeard games, BUT there is always soooo much wait to get stuff! I rly dont want to wait 2000 secs for my cat to come back! There is also an option to pay 100 coins for your cat to come back. I think that the 100 coins should lower as the time goes down, like in Clawbert or Chichens.
4. The minigames. The minigames to wait are soooo cute and fun! Mabye you could make new ones, because I’ve played all of them and they can get kinda boring.

I like to play this every once in a while. It’s not the only game I have so of course I’m not always on but when I am this irks me. I collect whatever the chosen cat brought me (they’re adorable btw) and go to do the golden cat to collect more coins. But it’s timed. And right when I tap about 3 times, a 30 second ad shows up. I skip it, of course, to get whatever remaining coins I can. But no, the golden cat is gone and I have to wait until tomorrow. Then, the same thing happens.

But about the good stuff. It’s a visually appealing game, cute cats and good backgrounds and all (though I only have one so far, I know the others will be just as good). The games are fun and give coins, and I’m glad that you don’t have to pay real money for gems. It notifies you when your cat is back with cute little faces which at first I was unsure how to feel about, but now think they’re cute and endearing. I love the little references, the DDR arrows and Flower the Flower from Undertale costing 666 coins were nice touches. Overall, good game, but the ads should wait until the gold cat’s timer is done, not beginning.

I love this game and the cats are so, so cute, but the only problem is that when you send the cats out, they take sooooo long to get back! And this game just makes me want to play more and more, but then I have to wait for so long and I don’t want to play the same mini games for 1199 seconds.
And another problem, cats are hard to get. 4 gems are a lot knowing you hardly get them. I don’t get why you can’t just do it for 2 gems. I have played this game for already 2 weeks and only have 4 cats so far.
Another problem, (this really bothers me) every time you send a cat out, I comes back sad! You have to make them happy every single time you come back! Sure you can make them lose happiness, but only 10-15 percent. It’s so annoying. It would be really great if you guys fix these problems, but again I really do love this game.

P.S. I forgot to mention something else, could you please add more fun mini games? I’ve already played all of the available ones and am getting bored already.

this app is an amazing game were u collect cats and items to fill yr sad empty Room. I love this game for 2 reasons, 1 cats are amazing and almost ant game with cats is great. 2, in most games you have some sort of coin (which u can easily obtain) and some sort of gem (which is a rare item that be used to buy really cool stuff). And the gems u usually have to buy if u want one of the cool items that cost a lot of them, but this app is different. They still have the basic coins, but the gems are actually obtainable without spending money. You can trade in 250 coins for 1 gem. Still kinda difficult, but no so u feel like u have to spend money to get what u want. And its fun! You can get coins from yr cats or from the little mini games which are super interesting and cute.
I love this game, and highly recommend it for someone who wants a fun game that doesn't take a whole lot of brain cells.

This game is fantastic but I do have a few questions can there be more easy ways to get gems because I am stuck on two cats for like a week the gem dog does work well but seriously the next thing is why does it always take so long for the cats to come back seriously I wait for so long I know what you’re thinking there are games but why don’t you add a little to them I love every single game you made but this one needs a little bit of an update I remember you having a Cartoon Network version but I do not know where that went I don’t even know if he made it just curious but I do love this game because I love cats just so much but I would love them more if you updated this now I do want to give you five stars for real but if I could I’d actually give you 10 ⭐️ because I want to so please update and make this a pawsome game🐯

I thiiink ik the purpose for these creepy things! See... cats have taken over! So meaning that mabey the words on the fridge were from the previous owner who moved after the cats invaded thinking ppl would help...? The mirror thing must be a painting the cats did on the mirror...? XD...? The watching part i don't believe KleptoCats would of been gone by now. But yes i do think KleptoCats should be at least 10+ depends on what your parents think, see I've had KleptoCats before a lot of times on my iPad, and my other phone. I deleted it bc i needed space or got bored i thought the notifications are cute Its like the cats worry about you, i hope this made everyone feel a little less scared. The safe thing... what was the nightmare exactly? How would KleptoCats know? But thats still weird... mabey you can ask your parents/guardians to put a safety lock or a what should we call I don't know, it just depends on what your nightmare is.

This game has no ads, sure it recommends it to you but it’s comes at a rewarding price! I used to love reading the books to this! And let me tell you this game absolutely needs more hype!! If ur ever bored please use this as a time killer, it’s worth it I promise! And they’re so many different types of cat’s, and little random things ur cats bring home, I find it cute, and they’re such elegant stripes and designs well some may be cute or rather questionable yet absolutely adorable! Also I really love how you can play mini gamesand get coins when ur cats out getting out treasures for you. Also the clothing is a little bit over expensive, they’re still cute options and variety to choose from! And not some 5-10 clothing choices like other games! Also I can buy new cats and rooms! Which I think just adds more quality to this game! (Sorry if I have some grammar mistakes)

I few months ago I downloaded this game. I downloaded purely out of temptation! The cats looked so cute! I was pretty sure I would like it. I was right! I love it! The cats take a really long time to come back from bringing you stuff (which is the purpose of the game: to decorate your room/s with the stuff your cats get for you.) Since they take so long, what I normally do is send a cat out and come back the next day, collect the thing he gave you, send him out again. Repeat. This game doesn’t glitch for me! I like the mini games, but I love the boutique. You have to buy the clothes for your cats (with game money), but you can dress them up and screen shot them! That way your cat doesn’t wear the clothes, but it can be fun just to pick out a outfit. I love everything about this game, from the adorable cats to the funny gifts they steal for you. Thanks so much for making this awesome game for me!

It’s very fun but I have a bit of an array of glitches is what they’d probably be called? First off, the coin animation going from the cats paw to the little coin number thing, the coins freeze in the middle of my screen sometimes. I don’t think they affect anything though. Next, sometimes when I try to move rooms and I tap a different room, it repeatedly brings me back to the room I’m currently in. Next, sometimes when I’m feeding my cat treats, the treat kind of freezes after one bite and when I try to move it it moves the background and I can’t click on my cat anymore. I think this is the last one, I can’t share. In the lower corner of I click screen or room, it clicks and the screen flashed then nothing happens, and if I’m getting an item and I click share, it just gives me the coins and nothing else. Also, not sure if this is a glitch or not but only the first 5 or 10 items come up with the little description of what it is, then the cats just being in the item with no description. That’s everything I can think of. Good game though I still enjoy it, with a couple of these you can just reload and everything goes back to normal.

The game is truly amazing I would recommend it to all ages. The game is great but there still is a few problems that I have with it like whenever sometimes my cat is giving me the coins they stop and freeze in the middle of the screen. It doesn’t affect much it’s just kind of annoying because then it gets in the way of things. But of course there’s so many things about the game that I love like you can dress you cut up and we can get new cats new houses. I also like how you put in the part where you can take care of your cat and stuff. I think it’s kind of funny that the kids deal the stuff and how you want your room to be a mess. One of my cat brought me a whole for the floor in the description for it was all for the floor yeah that makes total sense and that was hilarious to me. Everything about the game is great except for one last thing, send out my cat take so long.

I really enjoy this game! It’s exciting to see what the cat will bring me next so I can’t help but keep playing it. The only thing that’s disappointing is how long it takes to unlock another cat. I’ve only played this game for about a week so maybe it will be easier to unlock cats as I continue the game but I can never seem to get the gems to unlock a cat so I always have to exchange my coins for them and it takes forever to earn the coins and watch all the ads to change the coins into gems. It still is a wonderful game though. Although I’ve seen many people on the reviews saying they have a bunch of glitches I have only experienced one so far. I have only unlocked one room and have 4 cats as of now. When I tap around the room it is perfectly normal the cats never glitch for me but there is one thing. If I tap on a red balloon (one of the items the cats brought back) it sends me to a website on safari that says “404 not found” it’s a bit strange so I’ve just learned to not tap on that balloon anymore lol. Otherwise game is great and highly recommend to download :)

this game is really cute and fun, with some humor here and there. but there are some glitches and problems too. first of all, sometimes when my cat is giving me coins the coins freeze while flying across the screen. not that its that much of a problem, it just should get fixed. second, it takes pretty long for my cat to get back and the bell is kind of expensive. maybe you could watch an ad to bring back your cat? maybe its just me being impatient but i think its just a long time. third, getting a new room is super expensive. 25 gems is quite a lot, and could take days to get. i know that you can also just collect all the items in the room, but that takes a long time as well, because like i said, your cat takes a long time to get back. maybe you could lower the price a little? i just think its a bit much. fourth, the mini games are slow to earn with. they only give you one coin every ten points which is really unfair and ridiculous to me. maybe it could be five coins every ten points? i just think it goes really slow and it would be much easier to get coins if it was changed. overall, thats it. i recommend this game to people of all ages and i think its super fun and cute! it needs improvements, but nobody is perfect! so bye, and i hope you download this game and play happily! peace!

Older review: Can I just say I love this game? If you have Neko Atsume, you would enjoy this game. I have both, so ;3 This game is adorably fun. The cats steal items and bring them to your room for decorations! Some make sense and some don't. It's cute ^.^

BTW It is kinda creepy. There are hints hidden all over the place suggesting the cats are holding you hostage. "HELP" spelled with magnets on the fridge, and when you go to the inventory to see it, it says, "If I could just get these in the right order." There is an exit sign on the other floor, and when you go to the inventory, It says, "But can I?" Not to mention the person screaming in ropes in the mirror in the first room. But I love the references! Futurama, Fire Watch, Pokemon, Harry Potter, etc! Just go to the inventory to see the items you have.

I really love this game, it’s fun and cute and I don’t have to dedicate that much time to it. It’s a great idle game! Even the little visual glitches aren’t a problem when they happen (rarely) and I personally find them kind of endearing!

I think if I were to criticize this game, my only problem would be with the beginning. The first few times you send out the cat are fine, it’s just the ones that take like ~2mins that are annoying. Because it’s not quite enough time to go do something else. But even then, you can spend your time in the boutique or playing minigames, which give you more money!

Speaking of money, I love how easy it is to get, even when your cats are off stealing! And the cats aren’t cheap, but they aren’t expensive either, I think 4 gems is a perfect price! Still a challenge, but not borderline impossible.

Also! You absolutely do not have to spend money on this game. Sure, you can if you want to, but gems and cats and rooms are all available for free. Some people say you have to because of how long the game takes, and to that I say “Why are you playing an idle game if you’re that impatient?”. You can spend money to get gems, but you can also get them with in game money, which again, is easy to attain.

Also, no ads. You have the option to watch ads to get things, but again, all obtainable without ads.

All in all, I love almost everything about this game. I don’t think any changes need to made.

I don’t use this game as a, play for an hour game. What I do is I get on it each day, and I usually already have a cat out. (You can send your cats to go out and get new items for your room) Since it takes a while for them to get back, I usually have one all ready to come back. Then, I click a new cat and send that one out! If I have 200 coins or more, I use the bell. It’s very exciting to see what your cat brings you! Although sometimes, you get a duplicate of what you already have. You can play some mini game while waiting for your cat to get back. Some are boring but my favorite is the ocean game. It’s so satisfying when the paw comes down and just snatched up the different creatures! Haha! The mini games gives you coins which is really helpful. The only thing I don’t like is how it’s really hard to get the purple stones. I only have 2 so far and I’ve been playing for a while. I know your cat brings them to you sometimes but it’s still hard to get them. But yeah, 10/10 would recommend!

This game is great! I love the cats they are soo cute (=^ェ^=)! I also love how there are sooo many rooms! Although my favorite part was that you get to name your klepto cat too! On the other hand this was happening to me a lot, whenever I watch an ad I can hear the ads noise but once the ad is done the klepto cats game don't by age noise any more. It was really driving me crazy (⊙_◎) I had to restart my game each time an ad comes ٩(╬ఠ༬ఠ)و!!!!!!😢😡☹️😣😫🥺🥺🥺. I would also like to suggest something, since the game is already amazingly beautiful and cute I think we should add like a little store to buy different types of klepto cat 🍲food. I would also like to add a thing that you can make and style your own ever KLEPTO CAT!!!!!! But in my opinion I think each time you want to make your klepto cat you should complete a puzzle or get 10 gems😀???? Idk 🤷‍♀ but this game is just great so yeah definitely get it! (Look for my review on KleptoDogs!) This is one of the best games created! WHY IS IT SO UNDERRATED!? It is the best, too! It has barely any ads, great graphics, and extremely catchy music! I don’t care about how much duplicates I get, because it gives me even more money to make my cat EVEN CUTER. (Which I didn’t think was possible) I love to feed them treats, and one of my favorite things is when I select or buy a different cat, the one I was using before is hiding somewhere in my room! I own FOUR CATS, (in real life) so I knew I’d like this game right from the start! I like when the cats are late, so I don’t have to spend all day just staring at them walking and I can actually do something else or play another game, which makes me pretty productive on my iPad! To make your experience better, turn on notifications so they can tell you if your pet is back yet. So if you wanna get this game, and you’re just reading my review, GET THIS GAME YOU WON’T REGRET IT! Ok so I looked at the fridge thought it was going to spell help (bc of all the creepy stuff) and I went onto the settings and saw a safe looking thing tapped on it typed in help and there was a really creepy cut scene I got it on screen recording but yikes why.... I’m... not going to give my age out but let’s just say I’m may or may not have two ones in my age... yep I thought this game would be all light hearted till I found the mirror... I’m gonna have nightmares tonight.... I can’t wait to see what happens when I 100% the game!!! I love semi creepy things that I can just tell myself isn’t real and be a ok! /: oh also I found the knife first thought it was a joke then the mirror came along I looked up this app and read a bit about the darkness and just kept using the bell on my cat and got the phone, the obey book and then the eyeless cat and.... I have mixed feelings about this game.
