When using 1019TheMixChicago , it frequently goes out do to buffering. Very annoying as you have to close 1019TheMixChicago and restart. Great radio station so please fix ASAP!!!!

1019TheMixChicago won't open. Starts to load and just shuts down. Can't find a fix. I'd give 5 stars if I could listen. Grew up listening but now live out of state. Would love to continue listening!! Any suggestions would b appreciated.

1019TheMixChicago always crashes or doesn’t start playing after pausing. It’s the only way I can listen to The Mix most of the time. It’s been this way from day one.

It is constantly turning itself off or cutting out and having to buffer. I really wish it worked because I like the station a lot. It’s the worst app experience I have ever had.

I like to wake up the Mix and wanted to use the alarm function in 1019TheMixChicago . However every time I select the alarm 1019TheMixChicago crashes. —This problem has been fixed with an update. However, in order to wake up to the radio your phone has to remain unlocked. Very disappointing as I don’t want to have to remember to disable & then enable the security every evening and morning.

Used to love it but for awhile now even after I update it crashes as soon as I open it. I've even tried deleting and trying again but it still happens.

I have had 1019TheMixChicago on my phone for a couple of years so that I can listen at work. After the most recent update (which shows two days ago) 1019TheMixChicago doesn’t open at all I have removed 1019TheMixChicago and reinstalled it and still nothing. Please fix this!!!

As other reviews state, the podcasts stop playing if 1019TheMixChicago isnt open or if the phone goes on sleep mode. Not cool! Someone please fix this as its stupid to think someone is going to sit there and make sure their phone doesnt go on sleep mode with 1019TheMixChicago open for an entire show!

I love listening to The Mix, but 1019TheMixChicago itself kind of stinks. It cuts out, stops working all together, and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled way more than it should to get working properly again. I will have a good day with 1019TheMixChicago then the next day completely horrible using it. I check for updates all the time and always have the most updated version. Please improve the functionality!

I turns off as soon as your phone goes into sleep mode, so every two minutes or so. I’m not about to turn the sleep off on my phone for one app. No other radio app does that. Super annoying. Deleted.

Please fix the kinks in 1019TheMixChicago! I’m trying to listen to Eric in the Morning and app constantly stops playing for no reason, and now the timeline won’t refresh to show what’s ACTUALLY currently playing.

Constantly buffering. Very annoying

Always buffering, have to constantly restart app on IPhone XS whether wifi or cell data. Cuts out for no reason most days. I have listened to WTMX for about 15 years but I switch over to Pandora or Prime Music when I get frustrated, which is daily.

I have been listening to 101.9 The Mix every morning while getting ready for many years. However, 1019TheMixChicago is constantly cutting out. Sometimes it comes right back, sometimes it comes back after several minutes, and sometimes not at all. Guess I’ll start listening to SiriusXM because that app has no issues. I’ll miss you, Eric, Melissa, and Whip!

I have had The Mix app for quite some time. I listen every week day. As of recently, 1019TheMixChicago has been cutting out. It does not show as “paused”; I will have to go back into 1019TheMixChicago , stop it, and start it again. It’s getting quite frustrating. Please update.

The old podcast used to play one episode after another. With the new podcast, it quits after listening to one episode. Why? Please fix.

App works great! This is a much better alternative than to listening to the Mix via other apps

I personally love this game and I love to listen to music while I do my homework and take my dogs out for walks,and this is my all time favorite music app
