Network error

It keeps telling me network error “this device seems to be disconnected from the network or a website was unavailable. Please connect to a website or retry”
My Internet is fine and I have 5G and wifi. I have tried with and without wifi. Everything else works on my phone. Not sure why I keep getting this message this week. But before. The app only worked half the time and always crashed or never opened. Frustrating.

We’ve had nothing but issue after issue with this company. From our garbage/recycle not being picked up on “our day” to billing problems, it’s been nonstop. Unfortunately it’s a monopoly, so there’s no where else we can go...

This app doesn’t recognize my address, or so it says sometime but not always. Clicking on the calendar does nothing. All I get is a big picture of a garbage can. So how does this help me?
