Contact Asterix and Friends Support

I grew up with Asterix and Obelix. I was happy to see the game. It could be fun to play, but sadly it is not.
I have played the game for more than a year, so I know what I'm talking about.
The game crashes constantly.
One year ago, the company said the crashes would be resolved by moving to the unity platform. That did not happen.
In fact, the crashes are worse than ever.
When I start the game fresh and tap to go to the race, the game usually crashes three times in a row.
I emailed support. Their answer was not to have multiple apps open at the same time and not to stream videos at the same time.
I was not doing any of those. I am wa at a have only one app open.
You can spend lots of money on the game to buy helmets (which is almost necessary to be successful), but it is not worth it.
The constant crashes take away all the fun.
Also, the chat and trade functions do not work. They were supposed to be fixed, but they are not.

So in summary...this game is not worth getting attached to.

Always freezes for me right after I hit level 2 and have to clean the debris to start building homes. I can’t click anywhere else on the screen without it telling me to click the debris. When I click the debris NOTHING HAPPENS. I’ve tried restarting the game, deleting and re-installing, even updating my phone…NOTHING HELPED. It’s virtually impossible to progress and I got a good 5 minutes in. Thank god I didn’t pay anything for this

In the beginning the game is fun. Crafting different this is a lot of fun. But drop rates of resources is extremely LOW. The constant Roman legion spawning is very annoying, takes away from the fun of crafting. This is another game that is fun if you are willing to spend a lot of money, for the rest, it is very slow going and tedious.
