Apparently there is a new glitch, game won’t update or play…Black screen of death. I can’t recommend a game that I have played for years and built up lots of rewards and now I can’t play at all. Get it fixed developers!

I played and paid many times for coins through over 600 levels and suddenly I get a glitch with a claim for a daily quest, over and over it freezes when I open the Daily Quest. Tried the next day, the same. Restarted the game, same. Today I deleted the game and downloaded it and installed it fresh only to find it has started me at the beginning. I'm not happy.

I wrote to one of the other developers of one of the other Cookie Cat games, trying to let someone know that there was something wrong with your game. I looked for an update for a couple days, opening up CookieCats to check if anything changed; it didn’t, and it still didn’t fix that I’m still seeing a black/blank screen as soon as I press the homepage. I have an iPhone SE 2020; it was recently replaced, but your update, and many others don’t automatically update anymore. I’m also having trouble with Apple updates; it has taken more than a couple of attempts. I think its been every update since around June that I’ve had to manually update Apple updates. Erin

This game WAS amazing. So much thought went into making this game. From the cats crying when they don’t get their cookies, to the highly addicting music you’ll be singing all day, lots of freebies and fun competitions;Unfortunately advertising has ruined the game. It used to be you could play a couple of boards and then watch a 30 second ad which in all fairness works for me. You were forced to watch it all the way through but hey, they have to make their money if we want more levels. Understandable! In the last update which has now thrown off the aspect ratio, sound, speed, and caused many other glitches, you’re now forced to watch an ad double the length of time AFTER EACH BOARD. It’s completely excessive and for those of us that had the luxury of experiencing the game while it was great, the new version is not only sub par with the glitches but tortuous to get through the broken ads that don’t even play sound. I stopped playing the last 15 day hoping the issues would be fixed and came back to find it’s even worse. Unfortunately I think they’ll be losing all the regular players and their new players will be little kids who enjoy clickbait ads.

Let me say that I enjoy your game very much. I’ve also spent a decent amount of money on it. I’m on level 712. I have used 1,400 coins and not one of the four rodents has been caught. I have made 60 extra moves, the majority of which have hit one of the rodents, and the game keeps going. I want my coins back. I started this level with 4,800 coins and I’m down to 3,400. I won’t spend another penny on this game unless my coins are restored. The game is no longer fun when you can’t win.

Update: After using 500 more coins, I decided to delete the game. I have been playing the same level for 25 minutes. The fun fades away after about 10 minutes.

This game started out as a huge win for me. Loved the kitties, and looked forward to playing during my down time. But like all good things, it has come to an end. Per the usual, the levels start to get too difficult and it becomes more of a hassle then an enjoyment. I don’t mind having a few difficult levels scattered throughout, but when I have to play the same level, more then ten times consistently, I’m just not into anymore. I’m not sure if games use this method as a ploy to get you to shell out physical money, or if they genuinely think people have several hours to devote to beating a single level. I will keep you for now Cookie Cats, but know you are almost about to be deleted 👋🏻

My opinion of games differs from most people. I guess it’s because of my educational background that I think cute games like this one should give more positive rewards more often! When it’s not giving you three stars on the first ten levels, that concerns me. I finished level 9 with 10 moves left and still only got one star! I feel if you reach the goal of each level before you run out of moves, you should automatically get three stars! That is your reward. I am a 62 year old retired teacher and I feel very strongly about this. Yet, I understand that it is only my opinion.

I have been enjoying this game. Similar to Crunch time - actually it is arguably the same, but with different characters. My only complaint is that over the weekend it seems like every time I finish a level successfully or even fail at a level, there is a video of an ad for another random game. Kind of getting in the way of enjoying the game and eating up my data. I know they have to make money, but this is the first game of this type for which I have experienced this so it’s kind of a distraction, at best.

I really enjoy this game and have played it for 3 or 4 years but in the last couple of months I had to delete the game and reopen it again losing all the levels I had played through. After starting over at the beginning it worked ok for a few weeks, but now it won’t even open for me. Any suggestions? This give a nickname is getting ridiculous! It’s hard to believe that whatever nick me I come up with is taken!!!!!!

I indeed adore cats, but that's just a part of why I love Cookie Cats. Cookie Cats is a nice way to kill off time when bored or just wanting to adventure into a game. My family and I are addicted to Cookie Cats. I've only been playing it for a week or so, but I have a great rating for this game. My opinion might change as the games gets more updates and it gets harder. I am known to stop playing these games when they get very, very hard, but I will try my hardest to stay with Cookie Cats. Also, I used to play Cookie Cats Pop which was so fun, but I decided that I only need one Cookie Cat game. Nothing lasts forever, but my love for Cookie Cats will last a while. ❤️❤️

I love the cats, cookie designs, and just the whole game play. Amazing game that is fun and well……hard. There is only one problem. When you get in the level of the 100s the defeat the mole levels are just too hard. I can’t beat them easily. The fun parts of this game is the singing cats which I admire, the levels (most of them), and the defeating the bad guys. The smacking cookies sound on the bad guys faces is just satisfying. I know it sounds weird to say that but seriously it really does. I love this game. Thank you so much for reading this review and I hope maybe you get this game.

I can't help it--these cats make me smile and laugh! The animation is great. The expressions these cats make, especially when they have to wait for cookies, rival a dramatic toddler or teenager! Life is not an easy place to be sometimes, so I value—and delight in—anything that adds smiles to my life :)
It is truly free. I save any bonuses earned on the easier levels for the harder levels. There is an element of luck as the boxes fill randomly, so just keep repeating a level until it's passed.
I also like that the levels are quick. If I only have a few minutes, I can get my singing cats and smiles "fix." Meow!

Update...I’m still playing despite my frustrations, but now my coins disappear and I’ve sent a ticket twice with no response. Lowered to 2 stars until I can get a response.

This is a well done, cute and fun game. I have spent $ on it because it is so much fun. BUT when they make it so hard that you can no longer win without purchases, I move on. Also be aware that at certain points you have to either pay to move forward, or unlock 3 keys at 4 hour intervals. Not cool.

I love this little matching game! It’s a lot of fun and it’s really cute as well. I’m really glad I downloaded it. The puzzles are challenged without being completely frustrating, and able to be completed without using boosts and coins. You can use them, but so far I haven’t had to. Sometimes it takes a couple tries, but I like that. There are daily challenges in addition to the levels, and I enjoy that also. Definitely recommend this to pass the time!

okay, hi! i actually love playing cute puzzle games, i also love cats. i saw this game called cookie cats, so i HAD to get it! turns out, i absolutely love it! not too many ads and AMAZING graphics. i really love dragging all the cookies together and feeding the adorable cats. also, probably my favorite part of the whole thing is whenever you finish a level, at the end cats come up on the top of the brick wall and they SING. my dad and i laugh at it so much. i love how every single level when you finish, you never know what song they are gonna sing. anyways, I. LOVE. THIS. GAME. SO. MUCH. i definitely recommend you download it if you’re a fan of puzzle games and you love cats. have a great day! 🍪 🐱

I have loved Cookie Cats up until the last two days. I clearly beat a hard level and of course before you get your reward and move on there is a “ commercial “. Which glitched and caused me to lose my chance to move forward. Then today I win a level game was given 140 coins. Went on to play your daily game won that and the system took 70 coins back.

I actually played this game before! It’s quite fun, and if you’re a fan of the now-defunct Tamagotchi Life: Tap and Hatch, this is a tiny bit similar to that. You drag on the lines of cookies to feed them to the cats. The plot is that they broke into the cookie factory, but one of their toys jammed the machine. If you need a break from the boring old drag objects to make lines to destroy them gameplay, I suggest this game.

Cookie Cats is a fantastic game! I am on level twenty-two so far, and I have only lost one life. I recommend it to all people who like cats and puzzle games. The power ups are fun to use, and each level is unique in It's own way. I recommend having an achievement called "Two birds for one paw," and you unlock it by completing the level and feeding two cats at the same time, using a special cookie. You would get a free special cookie power up.

I'm not usually the biggest fan of matching games, but this one has been incredibly enjoyable so far. It's adorably entertaining with the singing cat quartet at the end of every successfully completed level. One thing I want to know is, why do the cats never do the screeching loud meow at the end of a song anymore?! That was my favorite! :( Bring it back please!

Also, I still rate this game 5 stars, but I am not able to open the social challenges, either - my screen just turns black. I was able to open the very first one, and none since then. Please fix this & thank you!

I love this game its the best game I've ever played! One thing to improve on tho is that you should have at least 25 moves each round and the boss levels should be harder. Another thing to improve on is that you should have a certain amount of stars to go to the next 20 levels and that should be done over and over again. Please except my offers.

This is the most fun game I have played in awhile. Have to think your options but always fun!!! That fact I have have 4 cats is only a plus... try it you’ll get hooked. I woke up at 3am and could not fall back asleep and some how found this game!!! Never went back to sleep as I was enjoying playing the game and still am and it’s now afternoon!!! Fun times in our crazy unpredictable world!!!
