You can tell some work went into this app, there’s a lot of content and apparently some features, but the UI makes it impossible to use.

There’s no consistent menu structure, for example there’s no way to do a search except from one location I found once and never again.

If you are l... Show more ucky enough to find the search feature once, and add some favorites, you will never see that list of favorites from anywhere. Searching and viewing favorites are two functions that should always be available at all times in the app.

These are easy problems to solve. If the developer just gave this app to a few people who have never seen it before and watch then fumble to get anything useful out of it they could probably figure out how to resolve the problems. For now this app is useless.

Most of the functions of the "upgraded" paid app are useless. The "search" function is a joke, and the you can only access audio clips with a number (and where you find that number is unknown to me).

I upgraded to the paid version because the free version is bad. But the paid version doe... Show more sn't seem any better.

The Louvre is one of the most popular attractions in the world and this app is promoted here. But I notice there are no reviews. I guess they are waiting for a good one.

The Louvre is massive and confusing at best. We did the suggested 4 hr tour and this app had us walking all over, up and down levels and back and forth between the wings.
