Wish I could give zero stars

The first video I made which took me 20 minutes the app just glitched out and closed and deleted all of my progress, then when I finally got it to work I saved it and it turned to a complete crap quality- I took this on a high definition camera but now looks like I took it on a flip phone from 2008 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
App Will Not Blur Video

The video blurring functionality of this app does not work. When attempting to process video, the app will crash and the user will be returned to the home screen. Do NOT pay for the upgrade to this app if you need it to blur video, because it will not work. I would love to get my money back, but I doubt I will. I’ll be reporting the issue to Apple.

App doesn’t work at all! Keeps crashing. Doesn’t let me blur anything. Just purchased the premium. Tried to go to apple support. All the text is in Japanese or Korean. Don’t waste your money and time. Frustrating to say the least!! Zero stars if that was possible but it won’t let me put anything lower then a 1.
