This has not been a good experience for us. Currently PointClickCareSkinandWound seems to be randomly adding new floors and one facility cannot access half of their residents. So disappointing to be told after days and weeks of reporting things “this is a known issue” - yet ZERO communication from the vendor to the caregivers with any heads up.
Very very disappointing.
All of these updates are making skin and wound not work. It is making my job a ton harder because I can not input patient info correctly. Please fix the bugs and leave it alone. #frustratednurse
Won’t update, cannot sign assessments most of the time, staff at Swift Medical are not helpful! If you are a company considering PointClickCareSkinandWound in your wound care program, DON’T DO IT!!! I would give it 0 stars but that is not an option…
Please fix the loading time!!! This is ridiculous to be waiting 10 to 15 minutes at bedside for a stupid app to load for you to be able to do patient care assessments!!!
Open wound on phone not showing up under patient tab the little bandaid very frustrating no help online
Zooming for pictures using iPad Air 2 is very glitchy. Program no longer works with my ipod touch. Continues saying “page expired”.
