We have a booking for 16/10/2022 for three people, three cats and a car. You have sent an email saying that the time for the departure from Alcudia to Toulon has been changed. As we have an onward journey planned from Toulon this is not suitable so we wish to cancel the crossing and for you to refund all the money we have paid. Please do this within48 hours. Like other customers we cannot find a telephone number so we can speak to you.
