While it’s easy, it’s not great

The best thing about this, you plug in the USB select to start back up and it copies your files. The worst thing about this it doesn’t save any of your file names, any of the meta-data regarding your files. For example date taken NOTspecified. This is not helpful in managing the hundreds of pictures that are taken. And who wants to set a date taken when you don’t even know when it was. Need to add this soon and then it would get five stars

Picture Keeper Connect does do the job: I’ve been able to take photos off my iPhone, which has very little storage, and transfer them to my Mac.
But the instructions are simplified to the point of absurdity, and they didn’t do me much good. They also don’t really say what they mean: As far as I could figure out, for example, the word “restore” really means “save.” It took me numerous emails to the app’s help desk to get my job done.

A how-to manual with written directions and hints from users would really help. Not everyone my age (octogenarian) has the tech knowledge to get started and to create the best results. But it is my generation who didn’t have many color photos. Thank you for your consideration! I still live this product. Saw my grandmother in color for the first time! She came to life for me!
