I contacted customer service about my May album not being able to have pictures added to it 8 days before the deadline. They replied that I needed to try updating the app. I did. Still didn’t work. Then I responded again and they replied I could try using my desktop. Still didn’t work. I tried every day and up until an hour before the deadline. They stopped responding to my requests for help and for a refund for my May album. I never did get the final 25 or so pictures into my May album, so that was ruined, and I just got charged for June’s album. This company has too many issues and needs to work out their bugs when offering a product that has a definitive deadline.

Just stay away! Seriously. It worked great for two months...then suddenly it wanted me to upgrade, but I didn’t need to because I was on a monthly plan...I emailed customer service and it was over a week of back and forth (takes them days to get back to you). No resolution at all just ‘hey did u try this?’...so I go to the website trying to find a way to cancel this and it’s hidden in the most archaic place (nope not in your account...). They won’t even email you back in English!!! Hope you speak French!!! Just forget it. Great idea but HORRIBLE execution.

I want to love this app because there is such a need for what they are offering but I ordered my first album in September and now it’s almost December and my grandma has yet to receive any of her albums. They desperately need to add shipment tracking since the majority of the time these are being sent to elderly in nursing homes. I keep holding on hoping that each month it will get straightened out but so far custom service just keeps telling me it should be there soon. Such a disappointment.
