the worst customer service I ever had in my entire life. They scammed me. I booked a flight through them and they keep giving me the wrong reservation number. When I go to the airplane web and I enter the reservation number they gave me, my reservation number never came up on the airline web. I tried to contact the customer service to get the right reservation number or refund, and they kept sending me the wrong reservation number until they stopped responding back to me. I lost my money but I learned my lesson, and I hope I can help others before they go through what I went through

Beware of this company. The dates changed when I submitted my flight request then defaulted to a different date. When I submitted a change request right after that, they tried to charge me more than the original flight cost without refunding the ticket, so basically they tried to make pay for 2 tickets. When asked to refund the ticket they said it wasn’t eligible. So I’ve wound up eating the cost of the ticket and trying to submit a credit card claim through AMEX.
Stay away from it! I wish negative stars were allowed!

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR THE WEBSITE!
I was booking a flight on it. The listed price was cheaper than the one on the airline website. However, a processing fee was added at checkout which made the price almost the same as the airline one.
But since I had gone so far, I chose to go with it. Then after 1 day, I got an email saying a refund was processed. No reason was provided. I had to book it again from the airline and the price already went up.
Another minor thing, there is no place to enter known traveler number.
I don’t think it has the ability to reserve a flight or keep customers updated on the status.
Just don’t use it. Spend a little more for the reliability on other legitimate booking sites.
