I had to edit a project for school and when i was midway through editing, i couldn’t render my files because they were all in MOV format. I tried around 15 converters on my computer and they either said the file was too big or once I downloaded them I had to pay. I then went to my phone and downloaded about 3 apps before I got to this one. The 3 apps all said I had to pay once I downloaded it due to the size of my files. I downloaded MovP4 and it’s very simple and works great! Thank you soo much to whoever created MovP4 you really did save me because I don’t know what other options I would of had!! Thanks again!! :)

I was looking for a converter and I downloaded so many apps that didn’t work and I saw this one and decided to give it a try and it worked! It was really easy all I had to do was click on my video to convert it to a different format. My video was kinda long so most apps it would make me pay to convert it but not this one. It was free and quick. It didn’t bombard me with ads! I only got one ad that was like six seconds while the video converted and when it was over my video was ready. I don’t really review or rate apps but I wanted to give MovP4 a good rating to show my appreciation. Thank you.

I just spent half a day trying to find an app that will convert a simple 6min video into mp4. After looking through several apps that couldn’t even recognize my video cuz it was too long I just about gave up.

But then I tried one more app, this one. Alas, it did not upset. My task may have been small for a 6min video but this helped greatly. I’ll have to try back when I get a longer video to see what happens.

I’ve been planning on starting an IGTV channel for a while now, and finally filmed my first video today! The problem is, IGTV only allows MP4 videos, so I had to find a converter. This one did exactly what it says it does, and I’m definitely keeping it to convert the rest of my videos! Thanks for creating an app that actually works!

NEW REVIEW

The most recent update rendered MovP4 useless. It no longer converts .mov files to .mp4. Instead it runs and seems like it has converted files, but sadly .mov files simply remain in the .mov format. I’m running the most recent version of iOS and using my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

I want you to be 5 a Star rated app again, so please look into this matter and/or reply to this review.

Excellent! Quick, Reliable & Easy To Use

I gave this a 5 Star rating simply because it performs flawlessly for me. It’s so fast, I bet you’ll wonder if it actually converted your video - I know I did. I had one issue where it was ‘hoarding’ cached data from the .mov files I had converted - but the Developer fixed it very quickly.

MovP4 made it able for me to watch my iPhone XS Max 4K 60fps videos on my PS4 Pro, and on my laptop without any lag. I’m so happy and MovP4 is free! I would have put five on it easy if I knew it worked like it does. Thank you so much developers!!

MovP4 is a total waste of time and only brings anger and sadness to me because I can’t find any good mp3/mp4 converters and I thought this one would be good, but noooo! Whenever I try to convert a video into an mp4, it says something went wrong! So I decided to shorten the video, and it still didn’t work, so I chose many other different videos and it continued to say “something went wrong”.

Have had great success with MovP4 converting .mov to .mp4. However, now company is using MS Teams and when I upload converted file it reverts somehow back to .mov! How can I get help with this?

I wanted to convert my .mov from iMovie to an mp4. MovP4 did it in 15 seconds.....FOR FREE. I watched one ad after and waited until it ended just because I was that grateful. Thank you!

I used MovP4 to convert .avi files to .mp4 files. You literally just choose the video and hit convert. It works quickly too.

I just needed to convert a short video from MOV to mp4, and this did the trick. Fast and easy. Audio quality was good.

Please add the option to compress video keeping the same properties from the original video.

I tried to convert a video from MOV to MP4 and it went through the process but then when I went to play the video, it only played sound no video. I deleted my original before I realized that it didn’t work. ☹️

Aight so it works for me and I don’t have 9401 viruses, plus 720p ain’t bad. Good job on not scamming me for free 🙃

It works, and it’s free. There’s not much more to say.

The first 2 times I tried to convert a file, I get a message “Something went wrong. File was not saved to the camera roll “. What a freakin joke. Good bye app!

It online changes the extension, but keeps the same file size.
