Password reset

The app is straightforward but it’s severely lacking when it comes to password resetting. This is literally the most important thing and it is the one point that takes the most time and it’s infuriating. The website states that it may take up to an hour to receive an email to reset the password “depending on your provider” my emails on all my accounts come in within 10 min (at the most) for any problems I may have. Why there isn’t an automated option to reset the password is beyond me but that’s just how it operates. Save yourself the headache and get a different app.

Stupidly buggy

With horrible support team submissions that lead to me being unable to submit an nomination bug to support team, the bug itself making me unable to turn on notifications without receiving "you have been enrolled in a new course" notification every few hours for days. I attempted to submit this error in other webpages on safari only for those to fail due to me not being logged in despite the fact it asks for email to contact. If this issue never occurred I'm sure I'd be great but the support team is horrendous.

Everything is great EXCEPT when I need to clock in and keep getting a notification to update the app EVERY OTHER TIME I open the app! It’s a headache when I click it on accident when trying to clock in, and then I have to get my time manually adjusted. It’s all working great on our end! Maybe a once a month update would help instead. Thanks!
