All developers need to do to make this for the visually impaired is download some kind of app so that it can be read easily by voiceover and other screen readers. I found this extremely difficult to use because it doesn’t use my preferred email application. So I had to sign into a different email application even to send the invoice which is very frustrating. I appreciate free apps that do what I need them to do, but when you are visually impaired, trying to pay for an app is difficult as well as downloading an app that doesn’t work the way you need it to.

InvoiceGenerator is great to use!!! As long as you have all the info to fill in handy, you are basically all set. I do my invoices for music services, so there are a couple constraints to which I needed to adjust. But I love finding every invoice in chronological order in my iCloud files!! Definitely recommend!!

I have used this for a few years & loved it but being a single Momma I rely on getting paid every week. I emailed my invoice to my employer & instead of sending it it sent a message saying “You should try our Invoice app”...etc. I never thought I had to reread what I had sent & I saw that it had been sent so I never knew until a week later & my check didn’t come by mail. By the time I figured it out it to resubmit it I went over 3 weeks paycheck during the holidays of course. You should notify users if you do this so they know but otherwise I absolutely love InvoiceGenerator.

I have tried many apps that are supposed to be “quick and easy” for invoicing and none of them were quick and easy other then this one. Took me longer to download them to have a. Invoice creates and sent.

So easy to figure out how to use on your own. I have been able to use this in many different ways, and it’s so versatile. Please add in the option to write in partial payments on an invoice.

InvoiceGenerator has helped me to organize my business. Simple to use, functional, I didn’t have to jump through any hoops or climb any techie ladder to get an invoice that I was able to create, save and send in a matter of minutes!

Simple and great for on the go!! Super easy! My only suggestion for new users is paste your services to your note pad for simple copy and paste to invoices. You couldn’t ask for anything better. Your logo isn’t included but who care if you just need to send clients pricing. 10 star rating!

Great EFing app!! I have been using it for the longest helps me keep up with my business and make me look more professional tough I’m on a budget. The only thing I would request is if there were a deduction box were I can deduct deposits or certain discounts...

Was great would recommend to anyone who is on the go. I’m a tech and so to be able to type up while there have everything look professional and ready to go on spot, it’s the best and easiest app out there.

My only complaint was I had no choice but to send a due date. That should be optional. But maybe that gives the customer the extra push to pay...

No I have another dislike. Which is it might could either save an invoice to reload another time or be able to reload a PDF that was made by InvoiceGenerator . But I retyped a few things and copy'n'paste and done..

Like they say there's other apps that you can pay for that has those options. Meanwhile InvoiceGenerator is free.

The only advertisement I've seen is them advertising their own computer version software of InvoiceGenerator and it only shows after you see your invoice as a preview or send options a page pops up afterwords where they ask for you to rate and review InvoiceGenerator. Which randomly shows either the computer software ad or the rate and review page. I assume after I'm done it will only show the ad.

InvoiceGenerator is so easy and user friendly. I love that I can simply open InvoiceGenerator and start working on the actual invoice. I enjoy being able to send the invoice by email straight from InvoiceGenerator as well. It’s an amazing free tool that you can’t beat. It’s worth paying for too.

Love InvoiceGenerator! Easy to use quick and simple. I set my template put in my dates and invoice number and email my bill off to the client. Quick and painless especially when I forget and need to send one off quickly.

I’m so grateful for this tool. I work full time but have to help my husband with our catering business for which he is responsible. This tool allows for professional invoices but keeps me from being bogged down with when I have to step in and help with preparing quotes and bills to our clients.

It’s a great app to use to make invoices for free. It lets you send them to customers or yourself by email, upload it to your device or take a picture so you can attach to text.
Each time I open InvoiceGenerator it has saved the info from my last invoice and I just type over it. It doesn’t save every invoice you crest, so you’ll have to do that seperate.

I never leave reviews. Seriously. But the fact that this is SO user friendly and 100% free is mind-blowing. I’m a musician with a small business, and I don’t have to invoice frequently enough to justify paying for an invoicing app so I am BEYOND thankful. Keep up the amazing work, Zoho! The time you help save is a blessing to me, my business, my customers, and my family!

It’s perfect for my woodworking and custom furniture business I run out of my garage part time, it also works great for my trade as a Independent contractor carpenter! Its simple to use has all the right sections for a professional invoice and InvoiceGenerator is at your beckon call right on your phone... I’ve recommended it to several of my coworkers and all that have tried it have switched to Invoice Generator! 5 stars and 2 thumbs Good Work

I used to pay a small fortune for an app that would create an estimate and invoices. And it became a subscription app like everything else. Had a break during two Covid years, canceled that subscription. Now I’m back in business and found this fabulous app. So far it’s been working great for me. Did I mention it’s free? It’s free! I know, some might send me to Pages or Keynote but InvoiceGenerator is a breeze to use. Thanks, developers

The first thing I noticed was the friendly interface. InvoiceGenerator is pretty straightforward and allows you to add customers, rename the invoice, add multiple lines to the invoice, edit a current invoice and even add a logo! So far I think InvoiceGenerator is great. Please keep up the good work and the updates. Make sure to sign up and there is branding at the bottom of the page once you generate an invoice but that to me is a minor detail for what you are getting for the price.

Made making a invoice so easy and from my phone. Almost Perfect but I wish we could highlight or underline important notes. Making deposits and final payments are extremely important these are things I would like to highlight or underline. Other then that great app.
