It took me forever to login to my account. SociétéGénéraleMaroc keep reloading and crushing every time you insert your entry data.

Another big issue is the inability to load the International internet Card from the main bank account. I will never be able to buy stuff online because I really don’t have time to move to the bank physically just for that. I really hope that SociétéGénéraleMaroc developers work more on these issues and fix these bugs that leave us customers in deep frustration and sadness to the point of anger and tears.

First of all , I have never seen a mobile application for a bank that’s even the employer can’t understand it or even know how to use it , you already blocked my access two times , the agency can’t help me you’re Centre won’t get my calls nothing works properly with you , try to fix bugs in your app maybe you can add a face detection authentication or even a text msg or access with fingerprints

First things first I like the features, as well as SociétéGénéraleMaroc made things very easy and simple during our transactions via SociétéGénéraleMaroc . From the other side there is only one CON!! we need the notification feature in the next updates.

The SGMA mobile app is not as useful as I expected. I can not easily log into my personal account and it seems that I’m not the only consumer who’s dealing with this issue. On top of that, the “Mise En Disposition” service is not coherent with the ATMs since certain amounts are never available (150 MAD / 250 MAD etc .. ).

The costumer service is never reachable when we need urgent help. If you’re lucky enough to have someone after waiting for 30 mins, they wouldn’t even listen to you.. they just tell you to wait 48 hours when it’s the company’s fault.

If I’m writing this review it’s because I, as a consumer, care about SGMA. I advise you to take a close look at your costumer service, they’re ruining you business.

App is been down for nearly one week, I have no access to my account whatsoever, I visited a branch in Marrakech (aswak Elsalam) awful service and disappointing manager, I tired to withdraw money or transfer from one account to another account in the same bank but they refused to do so, he asked me to visit my branch, I explained to him that I need my money today and I can’t wait I till Monday for my branch to open, he told why didn’t you do it during the week while you branch was open, I don’t recommend Societe Generale Maroc at any level
