Horrible! Worst customer service ever. Never wrote a review, but this app is so terrible I had to! They canceled my order on the same day it was supposed to be delivered when I’ve been waiting 4 days to receive it.
When I ask them about the sudden inexplicable cancellation (mind you, it’s absolutely hard to get in contact with them, and all they mostly give is ambiguous, general statements as if you’re talking to a bot) they said it’s due to the high volume of orders. Well, are you delivering my things at a later time? The answer was simply no. How rude. How utterly and absolutely awful this app is. Never ever again will I be using it.
أسوأ برنامج تعاملت معه من ناحية خدمة العملاء، كنسلوا طلبي بعد انتهاء وقت الاستلام المحدد مع ان صار لي ٤ ايام انتظره، وباليالله تواصلت معهم وبعد الرد قالوا كنسلنا عشان عندنا ضغط، طيب ليه تقبلوا فوق طاقتكم؟ ماكان في رد، اوكي هل توصلون طلبي في وقت آخر؟ كان الجواب بكل برود لا! صراحة خيبة أمل مستحيل استخدمه مره ثانية.

As much as I was excited at first to try this service due to the new offers campaign by them. Upon trying to order a few times and using the app I came to a conclusion that first if it is too good to be true it’s probably is. They don’t stick to their prices and they don’t even honor their in app offers and promo codes. And when contacting customer service. It’s like going into battle as they strive to prove that you are wrong and refer you to the terms and conditions and any other legal stuff that they themselves cannot decode. I am removing this app for good and felt obligated to leave this review as people deserve to avoid being scammed. STAY AWAY!!

The WORST app. I used to use them then I switched away. They called me with a promotion for Baqala and unfortunately I tried them again. Their app shows me and their driver different amounts! They charged my credit card 71 Riyals then charged the driver 66 Riyals. The driver started telling me you didn’t pay! I showed him proof it was charged from my card. And the total is 71 Riyal. I gave him a screenshot. He contacted helpdesk and they told him go back to the customer and make her pay the remaining amount!!! Rather than correcting their mistake, they made it sooooo much worse. The driver keeps calling me and telling me to pay the remaining amount. This is so unprofessional and I will delete this app forever! What a disaster!
