The plato app works and so do the games except for the bowling game. It keeps saying it couldn't finish loading. It's been doing this for 3 days and I've re-downloaded the app, force stopped and signed out but it the bowling game is still the only one that will not work.
I’m having trouble accessing social launch on Plato. Whenever I try to enter the platform, I receive a message that I need to wait for one minute. I’ve tried clearing my browser’s cache and cookies and accessing the platform using a different browser and device, but the issue persists. Can you please help me resolve this issue? the app keeps crashing 2 secs after i opened the the app. im afraid to reinstall it, because im not sure if my data were backed up or not.

I removed and reinstall plato app, It recovered my plato ID and works fine but I don’t bave notifictaion functioning even I checked my iphone notificatioan enabled . How it can be fixed and is there anyone have this expreince? I’ve choos the Alow notification when inatall the app

My plato doesn't working at all. When I click lets play,it just loading for the whole day
When i open the app and click let's play it just keep loading and doesn't do anything and when i clear it and open again all it shows is a black screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, clearing my chache etc. But it just doesn't work.
