DO NOT USE THIS APP
Apply directly to the government of the country you are traveling to. This company overcharges ($200 more than If we had applied to Australian government directly). If there is a delay there is NO customer service. My sister missed her trip as a result. We were led astray because this pops up first in the search for the Australian ETA app. DO NOT USE!!!

Not Helpful
First there’s Frequent crashes and freeze up for days so it’s unreliable. Second if you need any help there’s none oh there’s a chat, and the expert is working on it but … Not worth the Time and Money

Beware, does not deliver!!
Paid $300 for expedited, 1 hour processing & after 3 hours & our visas still haven’t been delivered. Went to a different app paid $20 & received immediately.
