I do not have apple I do not have Google I do not have a computer let alone anything dealing with apple. I have all galaxies I do not use this product or software in any way shape form or fashion and I just have to get my account Frozen because someone took $49 purchasing you guys software and I need my money back

I loved this app when it worked over a year ago. After constant crashing at the title screen and see others had the same issue, I uninstalled the app. I saw it was recently updated and I immediately installed it again, that’s how much I loved it.
Here we are with the same issue. It doesn’t get past the title screen before it crashes. I even shared the app with a friend that could use it and I had to turn around and tell her it doesn’t work. That should have been the main issue addressed during this update. It should have been tested before being pushed through to the App Store.
I don’t even want to bother giving the app another chance. I gladly pay for premium services for apps this useful to me but after this, I wouldn’t trust it enough to pay for premium even if they fix the crashing issue.

I tried using this for my business. Had a problem with the way they are unable or unwilling to help with serious problems on their end. I’ve emailed customer service so many times about issues with the app for my business. Crazy things like photos posting in the wrong color and the app loading very slowly when I had high speed internet. They wanted me to go into the app and submit very specific requests multiple times. A lot of things that took a while & I had no time to sit and do. Never was anything fixed, I had no help. I unsubscribed.

I’m kind of upset with the app right now because I started using this app on my galaxy. I have recently switched to iPhone & I am finding that on the IPhone this app does not have the “Group” feature which is so essential & helpful.
Now I am also finding every time I try to open up my app. It is just force closing & doesn’t go the “Desygner” welcome page. I haven’t been able to access the app for like a month now .
