1 month agoI purchased a yearly subscription a couple of years back and have not been able to cancel it because I''m unable to access my account and no one responds to emails. Now this company is taking subscription payments out of my account twice a year. Now, they are stealing from me!!! Do not give any card account info to this company. I have to now close an account just to keep them from taking money from it.

The app does not work and support does not answer multiple requests
I paid for a “Polly Passport”, and this app worked well in the past, but now when I try to open it, it cannot authenticate my log-in. I sent two emails to support with details about the problem, but weeks later, still NO response to my support requests, so I recommend NOT buying this app.

Constant "crashes"
Purchased app a few weeks ago. Was able to access and use app for approximately 30 minutes the same day. Since then, have tried to access app without much success. After a couple of seconds, app crashes. Have deleted and reloaded app multiple times. To date (approximately 3 weeks), I have been unable to use app. Waste of time and money.

Update: STILL no fix with mismatching audio. I click on a word, and the audio doesn't match. It's getting quite annoying, especially for the Chinese course. Old review: PLEASE, for the love of pizza, FIX the Chinese vocabulary set, especially for the Government section. The audio and words don't match. It has been a long time, and no changes have been made. Please check for inconsistencies. I don't know who is reading these reviews, but DON'T ignore this. I'll give it a more positive review when all (or most) of the problems with this app are resolved. Thank you.
