DO NOT USE THIS APP! I ordered from Macdonalds and the driver gave me the food covered and he said it was correct. Then i get surprised and the order is all wrong! And i have already paid the price (which was alot). I tried contacting the driver he said it is not his fault when it clearly it is. He took the wrong order and gave it to me. I did not open it outside for safety precautions against corona. They took my money and gave me the wrong over that is worth less than half the price i paid for. I tried complaining but it is no use. This app is a scam, and there are many others that r better than this.

MARSOOL Egypt has a really bad customer service the way they approach a complaint is just not efficient.. I had issued two complaints in total using this app the first complaint was solved not in a reasonable way but acceptable, but the second time I had a complaint it was just marked as resolved instructing me to re-issue that complaint with supplementary images after two or so hours of the complaint which by the way included me complaining about the delay of my order and the attitude of the delivery man (aka marsool) and finally the order being missed-up sunken in coca-cola and cold.

المندوب طلب من ادفع شبكة. لمن دفعت ما جاب الأغراض. و قفل الطلبية كأنه وصلها و ما جاني شيء. اول مرة دقيت عليه يقول أخذ مشوار ثاني و يوصل أغراضي لمن يخلص. برضه مافي شيء بعد ٣ ساعات. كلمته ثاني يعطيني مشغول.

Driver asked me to submit the payment early instead of upon delivery. After payment was submitted he closed the order and never brought my order. I called him and he said he was busy with a new order and would bring my items later. 3 hours later and he never showed up. I called him a second time and he gives me busy.
Submitted a complaint with no response.
