Planning a wedding is stressful and exhausting! This is my first time getting married and had no clue where to start and decided to give a try with finding a venue. WeddingSpot is great and give you many details (discussed in previews reviews) and photos, which made our decision much easier on what we wanted (outdoor ceremony, indoor reception and everything all included, food, alcohol, etc.) I found a location that was perfect and hope all goes well.

I'm currently planning my wedding and my fiancee came across Wedding Spot, it's been so helpful and informative, after a day using Wedding Spot my fiancee and I feel much more confident in knowing exactly what we want, how to book the ideal venue to bring our vision to life, plus other things to think about and be aware of...great tool!!

Downloaded WeddingSpot last night, and was super excited to find an app that was dedicated for venues searching. As soon as I launched, it stayed on the loading page, claiming that it was “retrieving venues”. I thought the server was down last night, so I tried again this morning (just now), but WeddingSpot continued to stall; loading and showing me “network issues” pop up. My WiFi worked just fine, loaded everything without a problem. I’m giving WeddingSpot a 1* for now because I was so disappointed on my first and second try.

What I love about WeddingSpot is that after searching venues based on price and location, when I click on the venue location it pops up if it's indoor/outdoor ceremony/reception, and if catering and alcohol is provided. It made narrowing down the perfect venue more succinct and less of a headache than the other apps.

I spent a while on their website before deciding to download WeddingSpot. Online I was able to put my budget to $5k - I wish it could go lower.. some of us aren’t trying to put our future children in debt over a wedding. When I was in WeddingSpot the lowest I could set it to was $10k. I also did not like that I was unable to sort them by price, top picks, location, etc which is really frustrating when there are over 40 pages of results. Ridiculous.

Hello Wedding Spot - I downloaded WeddingSpot last night and I enjoyed playing around with it. There are two minor bugs that I think I should point out:

1. Facebook Messenger sharing. With the current version (1.102) of WeddingSpot , if you share a wedding venue using the Facebook Messenger option from the iOS share sheet, no link is created. There is just a photo that’s shared.

2. New Mexico state’s image doesn’t load. On two different iPhones when I go an look at the state of New Mexico’s default image, nothing loads.

If you could fix these two problems it would make for a better experience for users of WeddingSpot .

WeddingSpot tells you all you need to know about the various venues. It also covers more than just one or two states. You can customize your venue, and even make appointments through WeddingSpot ! We love how user friendly it is, also! We highly recommend it!

Planning a wedding can be a horribly stressful process. This made it as easy as shopping online. Searched lots of places in the neighborhood I wanted and found a place in the budget I was thinking within about a day. WeddingSpot might put wedding planners out of business.

WeddingSpot has made searching for a venue so much easier. I’ve been engaged three years and after a year of planning i put a hold on everything because i felt so overwhelmed given i couldn’t afford a wedding coordinator. WeddingSpot popped up and I’m back on my journey again feeling more confident and less stressed out!

My fiancé and I recently got engaged December 2019 and have been looking fir the perfect wedding venue. The wedding spot is perfect for browsing venues and generating costs estimates to make sure the venue is with in our budget before we schedule a tour.

I got engaged in March this year and have been overwhelmed at the thought of planning. Once I found WeddingSpot I have finally begun making progress on our plans.

Not only is WeddingSpot easy to access and interface, it allows you estimate what is in and out of your budget. I highly recommend it!

downloaded it and made an account just for it not to show me any venues. when i attempt to search, a notification comes up telling me there isn’t any to venues to match my filters. yet, i don’t have any marked. i’ve also tried adding filters as well as force closing it and trying everything again but nothing works.

TL;DR : app doesn’t work.

I downloaded WeddingSpot and tried to make a account but it said my email has already been registered which is unlikely I then tried to use other emails and then it said my account details were invalid. I retyped my account details and it still was producing errors so I was never able to create account to test it out, got frustrated and am done with this.

I really like how easy everything comes up. WeddingSpot is user friendly and the details on venue are beautiful! Thank you for making this easy to use!

Easy to use and very helpful if you are on a budget...Saves you from all the calls and emails because it gives you a general idea of price..

I just started using WeddingSpot after finding it online and online version works a lot better then app!! It won’t pull any of pictures up for me but I love that I can get some prices. Some of websites don’t work!!

So helpful in pricing and telling me what I need without making a thousand phone calls. It’s been such a process finding a venue and this makes it easier!

I was very exited to try WeddingSpot but once I started searching in my area, nothing came up. Even when I cleared my filters and everything, it still did the same thing. Very disappointed. This needs to be fixed.

When I stumbled upon this website I was excited an app was available. However, WeddingSpot is not loading any pictures of the venues. This is such a bummer. I’m a visual person and if I can’t see any pictures then it’s no need to view the venue details. I was hoping to find my wedding spot using WeddingSpot. Very disappointed!!

WeddingSpot just took so much stress off of me. I'm in love with this. I can show my fiancé the places I've looked at and the prices. I know everything I need to know before booking 900 useless appointments!

Wedding Spot has a great directory of wedding venues and WeddingSpot is reasonably well designed. Unfortunately, the price estimates are horrendously inaccurate — comparing them to the actual prices I got from several different venues, in every case the Wedding Spot estimates were 50-60% of the actual price! This led me to dramatically underestimate the costs of my wedding. Terrible!
