Provided all my personal information and they didn’t approve my account with no any reason! And now in order to delete my personal information they are asking for a special form with ADDITIONAL personal information to be filled in and sent to them via mail or email !! Support didn’t want to help. Awful service…avoid this app.

I tried to finish the rent of a car from this company. But due to the navigation system problem from the car I was not successful. It has been near 8 hours from this problem and they have not answered to my phone calls and Telegram messages. So, the rent is increasing every minute. I am wondering how they assist in emergency situation.
Their support is really awful and disappointing.

Very confusing service, everything is set up so you are confused what rate you will pay, how many kilometers are included. One day it’s one price and 150 kilometers are included, 30 min later it’s different, next day it’s different price again and no kilometers included and you have to pay by kilometers… I’m deleting this app
