They have many language only no Chinese👎
After spending a great deal of time, and attempting multiple times over a number of days just to log in through the NON-Functional OneAuth app (security WALL), and no usable assistance from Zoho Support, I still cannot log in to try ZohoInventoryManagementApp. (I like Zoho Notebooks and have no problems with it on multiple platforms.) I’m definitely *not* a “newbie” to apps, having taught computer applications at the high school, community college, and university levels for 22 years. If you can’t get past OneAuth or “log in a different way” (which doesn’t work), you’ll never know if ZohoInventoryManagementApp is worth anything. If I can’t access an app after so much time and so many attempts to do so, it’s worthless.
Because a former employee linked their account with another Zoho app, I can’t delete them. Unacceptable!
Not user friendly at all, no way to delete sales or orders in case of mistake. Once it’s made, you’re stuck with it
Product which says features are there but you can’t find it. Tried reaching out to multiple time but no response. The customer support number never works. Not sure all faces same problem.
I have thousands of dollars missing from a customer that payed a zoho invoice. After weeks of calling, emailing and contacting zoho chat, I still dont have the money. I will be closing my zoho account soon and I recommend you avoid them at all cost. There is no support.
Not sure why you can’t generate a barcode with an inventory app. For businesses that are just starting out that would be a great idea to have available and keep your service
ZohoInventoryManagementApp works, but the online browser works much better. ZohoInventoryManagementApp is designed for all touch screen devices but you can barley click on anything. The online browser you can click on so many parts of what your looking at and it takes you there. On ZohoInventoryManagementApp it doesn’t give you nearly the same tools or options the online browser does. I have an iPad and its easier to just go on safari to the website. I can do way more there than on ZohoInventoryManagementApp . That doesn’t make sense.
New update crashes every time i try and switch to a new page. Please update soon I use this every day multiple times a day. Thank you.
App Seems to crash when it captures the barcode. Seems to be promising but not quite there yet :-(
I work in a fast paced environment and to have to stop to manually type in a upc ain’t gonna work!
I have all the info I need printed n the labels, upc, noun, ws and retail price, ui, manf part num or vendor num, demand lvl. ALL BARCODE, ALL READABLE.
Need to make all fields able to scan barcodes, and have the ability to narrow the field of focus for the camera so it doesn’t pick out erroneous data when not needed. Also, in price field include auto option for decimal point to be added if adding manually. (Time saver) need to auto tab from field to field.
This is the best app ever, wish it had a few features but all in all it’s amazing!

ZohoInventoryManagementApp is one of the best that you could get to keep up with day to day sales and inventory!!
I’ve used a ton of inventory systems on the market and this is by far the easiest I’ve used yet

Soho, I've use tons of app on the market, and I’ve tried many of them; by far, this was the best; the only issue I’m having is invoice can’t print another character than English, try to use mandarins but won’t print, please fix this, Is going to help a lot for Chinese clientele.
