ArmME seems to get worse by the day. I am on a fibre line ( so you can’t tell me it’s cellular) and it takes up to 10 minutes to update. Just now at least an hour after we tested our alarm a whole lot of alerts came through.
It’s clear your servers can’t cope or the number of concurrent sessions can’t cope. Whichever the case it’s getting worse not better. Didn’t think it could.

I don’t understand why the app kicks me out and then says my login details are incorrect. I request to reset the password then the OTP is never sent! This is annoying! Please fix it!
