Guide & Wiki for Terraria Reviews

This guide is only 1.1 and doesn’t have any post mechanical boss but pre plantera and post plantera items. This guide doesn’t have crimson items, plus what about the terra blade? This is NOT a complete guide of terraria and there’s more missing. I recommend not using this guide. WHAT ABOUT THE SOLAR ECLIPSE? WHAT ABOUT MOON LORD? If you have access to the internet, I recommend using The official terraria wiki. If you have a device that has terraria 1.1 (or in some cases, the release), feel free to use this wiki. Otherwise, search terraria wiki on the internet. GuideWiki has been updated only mere months ago. Guess what? IT WAS ONLY FOR BUGS! I remember getting GuideWiki, and I was excited. Guess what got busted. I, in game on mobile, have a Possessed Hatchet (I do have a Terra Blade, but I prefer different weapons), Beetle armor, and a lot of late hardmode (I mean post golem). I came looking for tips against Duke Fishron. WELL, he wasn’t even on the wiki! GuideWiki is a waste of time. In fact, the only use for it is for seeing what the past game was like, and some of the information approves today (eg; Eye of Cthulhu). And the ads… Don’t even get me started on that…

Cons

Data base is all jumbled together. There is no form of sorting or filtering. It’s just straight alphabetical.

The tips section if filled with pro tips like build a furnace.... granted a lot more words was used but really build a furnace was all they needed to say. Well didn’t really even need to say that. Most people that play these games woulda figured that out. I’m sure most have looked up actual tips or first 10 things to do videos before they ever thought to download an app.

There is an ad that pops up that you can’t close out on your own. If you touch anywhere on the screen it forces your browser open. Thank goodness for ad blocker. Which is an app that I’d rate way higher lol. After closing the browser window and going back to GuideWiki 2 or 3 times, the ad finally goes away for about 2 minutes or so.

Pros

It’s only .99
( but if you reward people for putting out bad apps, the quality of apps on GuideWiki Store will go down and you’ll end up with things like 50 Minecraft clones.)

I personally can not recommend this at all. The good news is there is plenty of room for improvement with all the updates they are rolling out for it. Psst... there hasn’t been any.

Other apps on the store do the same thing for free and do it better. I’d even pay for some of the others because the go above and beyond.

Consider your options and try some others out maybe before you settle on this one. Have a great day!!!!

This is a good app! It has lots of information and i'm mostly satisfied with it, but it would be nice if it had Journey's End content too. When browsing the items section, it would be nice if it showed where you had to craft the items as well. GuideWiki is definitely worth it but could use more information.

You guys need to update GuideWiki to to the latest update but otherwise it’s good it’s helped me a lot

I am rating this five stars because it is so helpful to me. I recommend GuideWiki if you play Terraria because it helped me a lot when I was struggling

Says Dungeon guardian drop nothing?!?!? It drops best pet in game. And the terrablade 2end best melee weapon in game is missing!!? Welp FIX THIS IDOTS THAT MADE THIS DUMB APP
*and you should tell THE REAL STORY OF THE GAME witch is too free all his part by killing them moon lord stops you with the mechanic verson and he get jealous of your power and by freeing all his part *not moon lords Chofu’s parts* you summon Chofu and moon lord kills him I think.... I never beat the game so idk go read the book then you get most of the idea

GuideWiki was great for five or six minutes I used it but there was some thing it lacked. A search bar. I was trying to figure out how to make andemantite bars but I couldn’t search for it. Other than that it was great!

It did not have the new update journeys end, it doesn’t even have information about the new updates to console! I would like to know all the bosses in the game and not just the old bosses. Also who considers the eater of world separate bosses, I can tell you not me

GuideWiki needs a search bar and it only has 1.1 items. There is no equipment in the items page. It's free, so I shouldn't really be complaining but it's very outdated

I don’t like this guide because it doesn’t even have Golem, the Terra Blade, Moon Lord, True Eye of Chuthulu, the Celestial Towers or Pillars, Plantera(I think), or the Lunatic Cultist. I was looking forward to this going great but NO! You ruined it! I suggest that other people go get another guide!!! Really mad!!! 🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

Every other item I press gives an ad. I immediately deleted the guide. Maybe put an ad in less often? Way less often? Because nobody will ever use your guide if they can’t use it at all.

I’m trying to beat the game but GuideWiki is so outdated. It only shows 8 bosses and way old tools. It is missing a lot. Please don’t get GuideWiki unless it updates. It is now worth it.

I’m rating this a 1 because it is missing so much that it couldn’t tell me how to make a bed.

So GuideWiki is really helpful but there is some npcs missing like the steampunker but anyway this is a really good app keep up the good work!😁

GuideWiki would be a good app for maybe 4 years ago. The most advanced npc it has is Santa clause and GuideWiki is stuck in 1.2

GuideWiki just copied off the wiki plus all the info is wrong

This guide doesn’t even have the final/hardest boss (moon lord) this was a big let down

Why isn’t this up to date
