Nuvama is disastrous with mixed up frames and extremely poor user interface .. add this to absolutely no customer service and brokerage at 400 per lot for crude even for intraday .. which is 20 times more than most brokers ... never ever join this service.
The most hopeless service providers, every other day there is issue with system
The update is too volatile on iPhone X and crashed all the time.
The new interface is also not great.

The first version of Nuvama which I installed worked fine and didn't take me thru 2 factor authentication everytime. Only the first time. This was offered as a choice to me.
The recent update, sometime early 2016, always rejected my password. The password was valid and does work through the browser, which is what I use now.
My suggestion is that Nuvama developers need to work on fingerprint authentication for Nuvama.
